It took Obama over a week to comment on the VA situation after the story broke but he found time to comment on the Sterling situation the day after it broke.   Strange priorities for a President.

The players and coaches and NBA brass have known who this guy is for years...they may choose not to play/coach for him now but the rightfully so part about their decision is past.

  The NBA knew who this guy was and ignored it for decades...to think this recording revealed anything to the NBA is laughable.   It reached the public (public outcry is what caused action) and Sterling was forced to do something...if no video evidence, he would have continued to be in the NBA fold.

  Disagree...teachers that are trained would be a great idea and they wouldn't be an extra cost to the ISD like security officers would.

I believe the free market will deal with this guy...even when the league wouldn't.   Remember the Dixie Chicks and Paula Deen...and Paula Deen's remarks were 30 years old!

  What does that have to do with this at all...his views on race should not even be considered here.   Does he have a right to protest the fed gov charging him grazing fees...yep.   Should he have paid the fees while protesting...yep.   Should his thoughts on race, right or wrong, have any bearing on this case...no.
