Show me where Fox news as an organization has claimed either on of those. Talking heads are not hard news, you need to figure out the difference. Can you show me clips where Fox claimed Jan 6 was a peaceful protest, I've only heard that claimed by the lefty news in reference to the riots that actually burned cities down, you know, your crowd.

So if they would not nave handcuffed him and questioned him on the scene, the confession would have been allowed? Don't police put folks in handcuffs without being under arrest on the scene sometimes for their safety? If so, would any questions asked later of that person be inadmissible unless they were first placed under arrest and read the Miranda rights?

I would say good confession, I can’t pick out anything in the story that violated his rights. Sure doesn’t seem to be a violation of his Fourth Amendment rights.

I agree, I was simply pointing out the someone is a robe is no more sensible than law enforcement many times. I also agree with everyone else, just do what the police tell you, this was such a senseless and avoidable tragedy.
