im sure your coaches would agree that you players shouldnt even be on these forums. Its a place for us parents and fans to rant and rave. Not players being mouthy and disrespectful. Do your talking with your feet on the field. By acting this way on these forums you give your programs bad names (at least in the eyes of those of us that read these forums)

seriously you guys are good and we wish the best for you, but Kelly is not WAY BETTER Than sevral teams in this area. They may be the best team, dont misunderstand what im saying, but i would not say they are WAY BETTER than some of the other local teams. They only scored 3-0 vs a young Nederland team, they beat Lumberton in a SCRIMMAGE, where Lumberton moved people around still trying to put people in the right place, didnt have all of their players,and dont forget Kelly has been playing longer than any other golden triangle team. Lets just be fair and say Kelly is the #1 team in the area and leave it at that. As i stated earlier I would love to see Kelly and a few other teams play each other when each team is clicking together. Just curious though Bon Mot, how do u still place WB above or tied with Lumberton when lumberton has laready beat them ????????

um Lumberton scored against you guys and keep in mind (4/5-1)- to us this was a scrimmage not a game- we didnt even have all of our players there. Kelly had at that time been playing together already where as Lumberton had just started practicing That would at least give Kelly a slight advantage over the Raiders. Would love to get another shot at Kelly though.

Well as i have watched both teams play this year, I can cast my opinion. WB is not as good a team as Kelly. Kelly has loads of talent this year , as does WB but IMO they are a lillte less powered than Kelly. Lumberton has played both of them and lost to Kelly 4-1 while they beat WB 2-1. Kelly is deserving of the top ranking in my opinion but i would put WB somewhere in the top 5 with (in no order) Kelly-Lumberton-PNG-Central and WB . To round out the final 5 places would be (in no order) LCM-Nederland-Vidor-Silsbee and Ozen

those "inexperienced" bulldogs played Kelly alot closer than LCM played them. I go with Nederland. 6 goals vs a team trying to rebuild a program does not make anyone unstoppable by the way. 6 goals vs Nederland or Vidor or png or lumberton would alter my opinion but i dont see that happening

i believe they will be missing 2-3 kids for this one. Basketball , band and injuries

You guys act like kountze has 20 kids to play basketball on their vasrity. They have what 9 kids. So do u tell the kids coming off the bench to just stand there nd not play. Kountze is a 2 A school so they dont have a lot of numbers. And yeah no one was saying anything when they were putting 50 points on the board during football games and letting their RB run for 400 yards.

Kelly is a very good squad with very talented players. The Kirby kid is as advertised-the real deal. I have seen him play several times and he is as good as they get at the high school level.

The Lumberton Freshmen also won last night I believe it was something like 30-6 over Cleveland They and the JV are now 3-0

You guys should probably break it down into ...Best of the 80s, 90s, and early 200os That way you can decide on the best payers from the years that we all can remeber...IMO just a suggestion One thing for sure: SE Texas has LOTS of Talent!!
