1. Dang... Thats tough.. Texas is going to need HUGE output from the freshmen and some major scoring from J'Covan to make it out of the Big 12 ranked
2. Nobody will be ranked higher than Kentucky if Knight and Jones come back. Then North Carolina if Barnes comes back, then Texas if Hamilton comes back 1. UK 2. UNC 3. Texas 4. Duke 5. Ohio St.
3.
Kevin Na was -1 going into the Par 4 9th hole and shot a 15 on the hole!!!!!  He looked like me on a few of those shots.  ;D [Hidden Content]
That article sounds like me "trying" to play golf :D
4.
He have said? Maybe it's has said, excellent grammer there "guy". By the way, I'm sorry, you must be in your 60's because you're a crabby character.
:D Soulja, you got the dogs on you now!
5.
Dogs1218 keep on listening!
;) Not turning it off! Lets Go Dogs!
6. I should have started listening to the broadcast earlier. As soon as I turn it on, they get 6 runs this inning ;D
7. Jones is a stud.. The lockout issue is going to be a huge influence for all the guys who are thinking about leaving.. This might make college basketball really competitive having two years of recruits staying together.. On a side comment... How good is Kentucky going to be if Knight, Jones, and Lamb stay? They are bringing in 4 players ranked in the top 18: including Davis(#1), Gilchrist(#3), Teague(#7), and Wiltjer(#18)
8. This is a great thing for Lamar, especially if he can get two-for-ones with power conference teams. I can bet Lamar gets plenty of people in the stands and just imagine if they find a way to win one of those games? You have a better chance to beat these teams by actually scheduling them, rather than not playing them at all ;) Good luck to Pat Knight, and I hope this all works out for him
9.
What about having a better supporting cast?
1)More assist and less you have to do to win, yet he was still the guy on offense 2) More wins against top teams: he got his ring I honestly dont care which one of them one ;) Both were better than anybody else, and did way more for their teams. I do think both should get an award for best player in the country
10.
Isn't it really about the defenses they faced, not the teams??
What about the the top name schools who get bigger and faster players? They can run a man-to-man defense better than smaller schools, or zone defenses with more steals, or box and ones better with more athletic players? Im sure they both faced the same defenses, but which player had to play against overall more gifted players using these defenses more often? If that all makes sense in a way ;D
11. Im not arguing against either player here.. Both were standouts this year, just one got a ring and the other didnt ;)
12.
You have to be a pretty dang good player to just be able to get your shot off 30 times.  And on top of that, make a good percentage.  And not many people would score alot shooting 30 times if they shot 30 foot from the basket.  Do you realize how many 27-30 foot shots he made?
He did make a lot of really deep shots, but when you are the one guy that is instructed to shoot everytime you can, and be the offense, it doesnt surprise me that he will average the most points in the NCAA.. He looked like he was trying to be JJ Reddick out there ;D
13.
Did yaw see BYU when they had everyone? they beat SD state twice with their whole team. Jimmer WAS Byu HE took them to the sweet 16 by himself, Uconn actually had more than kemba, im getting at that if BYU woulda surrounded Jimmer with more talent u would have seen a better Jimmer, I say Kemba and Jimmer are about equal but IMO Jimmer is more clutch
Kemba was pretty clutch too in his games :D And just a thing about Jimmer's numbers.. Im sure some other guys in D1 basketball could score that much per game if they shot 30+ times too
14.
Ok here's a question that should get a few comments.Going by some opinions on this board the POY should come from the champion.Using this logic the kid with the absolute best statistical year in college hoops would not win the award. What do you guys think?? I think the kid has to be the POY, the books don't lie.
This does spark a interesting discussion now that I think about it.. Kemba has great stats and leads his team to a championship, while Jimmer dominates the stats with best in the nation and gets the MVP award.. Does this scenario seem familiar? Im talking about the NBA and Lebron James vs. Kobe Bryant. Im NOT comparing the two players, just pointing out the similarity ;) Either player was well deserving
15. UConn takes it all.  8)
16. Kemba Walker no doubt.
17. I have to admit.. I knew UConn would give them nightmares in the paint area, but I didnt think they affect them this bad.. Bulter is choking on the pressure
18. ::) Im hearing some whining.. Refs arent losing the game for Butler, UConn is winning it with inside game on offense and defense
19. What a shot :o
20. I hate how the broadcasters are always talking about how bad Butler is shooting.. Well how about the other team shooting just as bad? ???
21. Owning the boards and the Paint is UConn ;)
22.
but we cant really make a list because the game is always changing
Exactly! Just think about this every time people want to make a list... Imagine what a guy like Dwight Howard would be doing to players back in the day :D ;D Just saying..
23. With one game to decide it all, Im taking Kemba Walker and the UConn Huskies
24. I dont like Butler, but I sure wanted them to win before VCU.. Championship game next: Kentucky vs. UConn
25. And somebody want to tell me why they were kicked off the team? ???
