i will take the Nederland Freshman against any underlevel team in the area. They beat ozen 2 times out of 3. Ozen beat them by 2. Bulldogs beat them by double digits both times. Cant argue the stats swag.  ;D

Never. Its a down year for 20-4A. To say Nederland can win district doesn't sound so crazy anymore  ;D

Those freshman get on weaker teams like sprinkles!  ;D ;D ;D

you guys can talk about younger level teams all you want but no freshman team is better than Nederland's...  ;D ;D ;D  Just thought I'd chime in  ;)

Ugliest game I have seen this group play. Not focused and not ready to play. Great job in turning it around and getting the victory. 2-0 is a great place to be..  ;D ;D

I tell you something.. Forney could start for any team in this area. He has been tearing it up on the court after a slow start coming back from football. Top 10 player.

If Nederland plays like they did in this game then Yes, they could win distict.

This is how Nederland should be playing against teams they have clear size advantage on. Use those big guys and this teams shows signs of making a good run for district  ;D

And I know that the success of Nederland this year will come from 3 players that have to play better than what they are doing right now. Chris Cunninham, Kelvin Smith, and Dionte Forney have to be the one taking a majority of the shots. Its early and I know this team can get it together and be a solid team in district play.

I only watched the first half but I know for a fact if Wisconsin can shoot like that every game, they wont lose..  ;D

[/quote] It all starts with having reliable players to control the ball and bring it up the court.. Nederland lacks that this year and it has hurt them so far.. But I agree, English always knows what he is doing and he will find a way to fix the problem.  ;)
