Jay Gruden said since day one he didn't want a qb that can run. Its pretty easy to see how he sabotaged Griffins season. Cousins and McCoy ran more read options, play action, and bootlegs than him. That is horrible coaching and play calling. Gruden also tried to replace Morris this off season because he doesn't fit.
