I've dropped 30 lbs myself....but I hit the gym really hard...I have to admit I was at -40 lbs!! but lately, I have been beat...so I put 10 lbs back on....I say it's muscle... ;D :D

Yes I ordered the MAG ::)....you got me Matthew.. >:(.... :D :D The magazine can only be compared to Dave Campbell's Mag, of course....it was in color though...I really can't say it was better info...I mean when QB - BEN Reyes(as stated in the MAG), is your top dog...gosh darn it, we should at least spell his name right...it's VEN with a "V"...he's VEN Reyes Jr.  !!! :D :D
