this deeply saddens me. The esquivel's were my parents closest friends when I was little and many of my childhood memories include Cathy, Roy Emily and Justin and their extended family. Roy was such a great family man(i have heard a great principal) i knew him as Coach. He could also be such a jokester too.  He will be deeply missed. Prayers go out to the family.

Last year the girls seemed to win when they had home field advantage.....even in that 3rd sad game :'( hopefully this year Ned. will be able to go into PNG and rule!

Some of the WB girls are so quick. When they got behind the last defender it was hard to catch up with them speed wise.  Nederland played hard(ate some grass ;)) and will be great this year. Good luck to both teams in the season:)

We aren't fixing to have that 'practice' and 'scrimmage' conversation r we mike? Lol. call it what ya want but nederland girls made 3 goals and silsbee made zero. ....but they never stopped trying
