For those of you who voted no, why would you be against it. just curious, lets have some of your thoughts on the subject. On the other thread ndnsrock44 said he for it because alot of people that want to see the game can't get tickets to the game. If it is just season ticket holders opposed you could work around that and give them first option when tickets go on sale before the season starts.

I with you ndnsrock44, this could be huge, and viewed by alot more people, someone needs to call Herbstreet.

Just curious how many people would actually like to see this game played in front of a 20,000+ standing room only crowd. This game is in the top 5 rivalry games in the state and with a little PR work could be the biggest, and if it was moved to saturday would attract fans from all over southeast Texas and possably be shown live across the state.

As it is in most season's, the only thing I see bringing down WOS, IS WOS, that defense is top notch and the team speed is there.

Maybe some of you png fans should read your own web sight and you will see what makes you so disliked. Check out the James Ware thread  that turns into a conversation about the kids from Nederland being suspended and the BS that squaw is spewing like she knows something and that this would never happen at png, yall are better than that and how Neumann only cares about winning but yall care about your kids to much for that. The whole thing makes me sick, and you say keep it classy!!!!

I think Coach Neumann just knows what they are capable of with Brock back in the line up, I can't wait to see them play friday.

speaking of the wild dog, I think #9 could do it, and png couldn't stop it last year, I hope we see it again to some degree.

Your right about our runningbacks, they are solid and after seeing what Barbers Hill's defense did to Dayton I feel better about our team even though we lost that game, we could have and should have won it.

    Hopefully the Nederland offense will get on track this week, they just seemed like the timeing was off just a littlle. I would like to see Colton Kimler involved more on the offensive side of the ball, kid is a play maker. Also, I can never figure out why we doen't use our TE more, seems like a big capable athlete, TE 's get 1st downs and we never throw to ours. Over all we're not to bad considering how young we are, as they say, on offense you have to get into a rythem or find your rythem hopfully we're not to far off from finding ours, maybe friday night  it will show up.    Just my 2cents      Gotta give credit to the defenses we have faced WOS, BH and Vidor where all stout defenses  and I'm sure PNG's will be ready also, with that said  Ned  31    PNG  21

[/quote]That's my point , you can't think you coached a good game, YOUR TEAM lost and you are the one responsable for the product you put on the field, period. I like Coach T, but if you start thinking your coaching good and their not doing what I say, then you are throwing them under the bus and you will lose them and the whole locker room.  Bottom line, you are the face of the WOS Mustangs and you alone must fade the heat for YOUR teams performance, good or bad.  Man up and defend your players in the press and deal with them behind closed doors, they will respect you for it because they know what's up and they know you are taking the heat for thier play.

Thompson should take all the responsability for the team he puts on the field period, then handle your team behind closed doors, and it's always WE  when speaking to the press.

I think the story came from Coach Mathews because they said he wouldn't elaborate anymore than he wasn't sure if he would make it back in time for the game friday night.
