2.
hey kvillecats the only players on offense is cucancic, ford and the qb.they have 2 get a new of line the defense will be salty but offensive line will be week.they have only 2 starters back if u cant block where do u run just saying.i hope they do go 2 state.but its a big difference in 3a.and if they go 2 a 6a like uil is talking everything is gonna change in east texas.
Dude....you act like Kirbyville never been in 3A before!we played nothing but 3A teams on our non ditrict schedule last year and the year before when were 2A. As for our offensive line, just wait and see when we play your dawgs. I cant wait for this game, just because yall beat us last year wont guarantee another one this year. We already know the speed option coming, but i'll take Kirbyville in this contest this year.
 3. Kirbyville will have more than Ford, Cucancic and a Qb my friend. Offense will be just as good as the defense, What do Jasper have besides Ben Armstrong, Scott Middleton and #15 that has move to Qb now? This year K-ville should have more speed on offense than last year for sure.
 4. rykertx144 dont worry about this fella. Only beat Newton by three??? Heck they were picked to beat us last year considering we lost to Wos and yall and they were undefeated. The district yall played in last year was weak with the exception of Carthage . I dont know how good Center was last year, but in 2008 Kirbyville dismantled the Rough riders 38-0. Before we moved to 2A Carthage lost to us 28-27 in Wildcat land with that same running back #22 and that Qb Blackshire ( i think that was his name) that same team won state in 2008. Kirbyville is no slouch so get your popcorn and turkey leg ready!
 5.
silsbee needs to come back to 4a so they can be put back in their place, the last time we played them there i dont think they even scored. ttt
LOL
 6.
I still feel like we have the coaches ready to feel the shoes so watch out! Ummm your coaches feel the shoes?
Im just saying, we have a great coaching staff. As for Coach Alvarez leaving its all a rumor. Last but not least, Jasper better bring their "A" game this year . Last year yall played K-ville earlier in the season when several players where out of their positions. Coach Bickham will be scratching his head this year wondering where K-ville get all this speed. Im changing my mind, this wont even be close Kville 46-14 over these Jasper Bulldogs.
 7.
move along, nothing to see here...  ;)
Only time will tell my friend.
 8. As we all know the Wildcats have been a force to be reckoned with year after year. The critics seem to doubt them every year, but them young men in the black and red uniforms with the solid black helmet prove them wrong every time. Some people are saying Coach Alvarez is putting in applications at different locations, me personally consider this a rumor. If Coach Alvarez was to leave Wildcat land all i can say is what a great job he has done in turning our program around. The Wildcats have a outstanding coaching staff and i still believe we would be just fine. Now that i got that out the way, check this out....i talked to some of the K-ville players and my GOODNESS are they getting BIG! They are saying their defense will be solid especially up front and will have alot more speed at the runnning back positions this year than last year. Also they will have a passing attack so watch out!!!! LETS GO CATS!!!!!
 9. You guys need this ASAP! Back in the 2007 season when Kirbyville made a trip to face your Bulldogs, i darn near fell through yall bleachers shouting at Pierce Rhodes running wild on them dawgs!
 10.
hardcore im not starting rumors.can u answer one ? why would he be putting in applications to other schools if he wasnt looking to leave?thats all i have to say.i no jack very well but it just dont make sense to me.i new him in jasper, west sabine ;and i no him now.like i said thats JMO.
Coach Alvarez did that a couple years ago. If He leave after this year all i can say is what a wonderful job he did in Kirbyville. I still feel like we have the coaches ready to feel the shoes so watch out!
 11. I was told Kville have a star player that transfered from one of the schools out of Houston, Tx.
 12.
I am with you buddy Kirbyville is just too strong Kirbyville 300 Jasper 0 I don't see a team in the nation able to compete with the Wildcats.
Cmon lets be realistic. It will be a good game, but them Wildcats will dominate after the half-time prep Coach Jack Avarez will give considering the let up we had in the second half last year after being up 22-7 . Corrie Hughey and Caleb Cucancic will be even better this year at the WR position. After the lost to Jasper and WOS coach Avarez made some key adjustments especially at the Qb position which made a BIG difference. After watching K-ville underclassman destroy Jasper's underclassman and knowing what we got coming back this year, Jasper better live up to the noise talking their fans posting on here. Kirbyville produce quality athletes every year and as long as Coach Avarez is there, the Wildcats will always be tough to beat.
 13.
314 wins 94 losses & 6 ties and 1 of the top coaches( Barbay) in Texas-nuff said ;)
That is a great accomplishment, but sorry Kirbyville makes it 3 in a row!
 14. TXSTEELER, we already know Jasper is fixing to try to run that option crap with Ben Armstrong and that other running back that was #15 last year. We already heard he's yall starting Qb this season. I'm so ready for football especially after all this nonsense talking. People from Jasper getting on here stating we way down in talent....lol Yall underclassman looked horrible last year or Kirbyville made them looked that way, thats something to be worried about if you wanna get on the "TALENT" subject.
 15.
Yep the Cats will take the loss, same as last year.
What in the WORLD??????? LOL....Jasper better RECOGNIZE!!!! I've read TOO many funny comments. Whats even more funny some of your other buddies said Kirbyville is way down in talent this year. I do recall Kirbyville underclassman destroying Jasper underclassman (JV) routing your bulldogs 46-0. Those fast backs that you seen running wild on JV is what you will see along with Fred Ford and Berman Irvine. All you doing is getting my boys fired up to dominate your DOGS!
 16. I talked to some of the Jasper players yesterday while in Walmart and they said Kirbyville shouldn't be #1 in their district. Lets see if they will be saying that when they face my Wildcats. Every year they write my boys off and we prove the haters wrong. Last year we were in a rebuilding year considering the talent we lost, but managed to make it back to the championship. Kirbyville makes their way back to 3A because of 3 extra students who participate in band. Basically Kirbyvillle is a 3A school under the umbrella of a 2A that fixing to do what they been doing and thats WINNING!!!
Yes sir, but i think them Wildcats is going to end this 4 game losing streak against your stangs. Wos better have some kind of passing game because we will have a run stuffing defense this year i promise you that.
The passing game will be our strength this year at WOS. ;)
Well, thats what we need......a team that can pass well to work the kinks out with the new faces we have in our secondary.
 18.
The way certain people expect Kirbyville to do this season puts Kirbyville as the darkhorse  ;)
yeah i agree
After Johnson scored his touchdown, Kirbyville completly shut the Tigers down while Caleb was mossing all over the Tigers secondary. Silsbee may have beat Kirbyville in 30's or 50's, but i seriously doubt they want any of the Black and Red in 2010 ;)
Child Please!!! ::) What about those wins in 2004-2006? BTW, the score was 42-32 in 2006, that was a typo of mine. But, if I remember correctly, Silsbee had a huge lead in this game, at one time led 35-13. Tigers kind of cruised the rest of the game. ;) Again, it was a SCRIMMAGE that ended tied at 1-1. Go hang your hat on something else.
I dont believe you can "cruise" on Kirbyville, if anyone have that mind set then they will be in for a surprise.

 21.
Actually the score was 42-32.  Pierce Rhodes was like 28 carries for 170 yards.  Hardly having your way with someone. I think most of his yards was received in the second half though which was pretty impressive for the D that Silsbee had that year.  I think the person that had their way that night was that DB for Silsbee I think it was Johnson.  I think he had like five int's.
Yeah u talking about BK Johnson. Silsbee had a pretty good team that year, but the Tigers still haven't showed me nothing. I wish Kirbyville would still play them........dang!!!

WOS is undefeated against them. Silsbee is 13-1 all time against them. Jasper and Newton has pretty much dominated their series all time against Kirbyville. But Kirbyville has come on as of late. ;) ;D (Wow, this post looks too much like an enemy of mine's past posts) ;D
Silsbee 13-1 against Kirbyville??? Please upload facts because as far as i know we've only played Silsbee a couple times, it must have been in the 1800's {seriously}
You must be a youngster. ::) Actually, after double checking texashsfootball's website, the all time record between Silsbee and Kirbyville is 21-1, in favor of Silsbee. Here are the scores and year that these games were played:                  Silsbee          Kirbyville 1932            20                  0              1-0 1933            13                  0              2-0 1933            12                  0              3-0 1934            13                  0              4-0 1935            18                  6              5-0 1936             7                   6              6-0 1937            13                  0              7-0 1938            18                  0              8-0 1939            20                  0              9-0 1940            9                   0              10-0 1941            25                  0              11-0 1942             7                  6               12-0 1944            46                 0               13-0 1945            20                 0               14-0 1948            13                 6               15-0 1949            46                 6               16-0 1950            46                 0               17-0 1955            25                 20              18-0 2004            41                 13              19-0 2005            21                 13              20-0 2006            42                 22              21-0 2007            28                 29              21-1                  503                127 avg.            22.9               5.8 The years between the 30's and 50's, Kirbyville and Silsbee were the same size communities, with several of those years both teams were in the same district. Silsbee shutout Kirbyville 12 times in those 22 games. Kirbyville's lone win was the last time these two played when the Wildcats scored in the last few seconds of the game and then went for two, getting it successfully and winning by the 1 point. I would say, that all-time, Silsbee has dominated this series. ;)
Alot of these scores are inaccurate.....lets take a look in 2006. Silsbee didnt beat Kirbyville 42-22....dats Wrong! Actually we lost by a touchdown. Pearce Rhodes had his way with yall.
 24.
This one wont be close at all. WOS runs over K'ville like a drunk stepfather on Christams Eve. ;D
Kicker WOS is a great program, but i can promise you they wont blow us out! Kirbyville defense should most definely be better than last year and that is saying ALOT! Our defensive line will be big and strong with some athletic line backers in Aaron Breed and some more cant think of the names.
 25.
all this ref stuff, is making me think K'ville is already trying to make an excuse for losing. :D
PLEASE!!! Them boys from Kirbyville have WOS circled on their schedule.....so the fans from Mustang land just get your soft drink and turkey leg ready for a solid football game.
