wow!.... didn't realize it was a playoff game...... I still say, you get ready for the next round (play who you need to play)...... it is not EC's fault that the other team had people fail....

even if they were at full strength, how does YES prep them for the playoffs? I have seen them play earlier in the year... the end result would have been just as bad. Good Luck against woodville though...

This is a petty rule, but nontheless, it is still a rule..... The officials don't really care if the headbands are matching. I tell our girls this during every warmup that it may be an issue (normally it never is) If some have on white, some red, some blue, then the official can make them remove them. I agree it seems retarded, but it is a rule.....

Great game by two great teams! Refs were awesome.... it was refreshing to have a game where the officials were not part of the outcome. They did an OUTSTANDING job. Both teams will need to find more consistency on offense in order to go far in the playoffs. Defense was good, but alot of missed easy shots on both sides.

Still not settled, besides who is in.... but for 21-3A it looks like this HF is in as the 3rd place team and will play either cleveland or coldspring...... The winner of that game would play the winner of the 21-3A winner vs,. 24-3A 2nd for a trip to huntsville. The winner of the HJ / OF playoff game (assuming both win out) will play the loser of the Madisonville/Navasota fame which is on Tuesday in the Area round. *they would also get a bye in their first round game. The loser of the HJ / OF playoff game (assuming both win out) would likely get huffman in bye district and then face the winner of the Navasota/ Madisonville game on tuesday.

Good game OF! I normally don't comment about officials but 3 team fouls in the second half for OF in a game that closely resembled a rugby match at times is rediculous.

If I were you, I would ask the coach why he did it, not rely on conspiracy theories from the stands. You don't have to agree with him, but respect should not have to be earned by an authority figure. Your parents don't have to earn your respect..... nor should your teachers. If HF was 27-3 most would still be griping because of this...It is a me first culture in most places these days....
