In fairness to Central... there are extra costs associated with hosting a league... 1) Lights... (power isn't free) 2) Insurance risk (usually this is added to the current policy) 3) Custodial work (some one has to clean up the popcorn my daughter throws everywhere... etc...

Monse pitched 5 last night and Rodgers pitched the last inning...... I felt HJ played better last night.... they out hit them, they just couldn't put hits together...... WAY TO GO HAWKS!!! REST UP TONIGHT AND GO GET EM TOMORROW!!! (I know the coaching staff had alot of energy tonight from the shrimp po-boys they had for lunch!)

it was a good game.... not alot of hits on either side.... it seemed hj had plenty of chances but each time the chances developed with two outs. Pitching was go from both pitchers.... home plate ump had a strike zone that changed from pitch to pitch, whitch really caused hitters from both sides to struggle... the hawks will be ready tomorrow!

I have a feeling that the team who wins two out of three will advance.... ???

Novak can shoot, but he couldn't defend a one armed midget! Scola needs to work on finishing strong in the paint... Landry needs to find a way to get more time on the court! I love watching him play. The problem with the Rockets was the old NBA offense.... 1 on 1 while 4 watch... When players hit, they look great.... when shoots don't fall, it gets ugly quick!
