I just wanted to say a special prayer for safety for all football players this year. I know we all like to talk trash about other teams but when it comes down to it we all hope all players stay safe. I got a reality check this morning. I am a father of a 7th grade player and got the call we all dread this morning that my son was at the hospital with a head injury. Thankfully it was just a concussion and he is home recovering now but could have been much worse. Since this has happened it has been on my heart to pray for all players from the middle school level up to high school.

Any thoughts for this year?

From what I hear PAM is no threat of airing it out on offense...the run alone may get you by in district but come 2nd rd of playoffs and there after you meet up with teams that will shut the run game Manvel, Temple, cedar Park etc.
