  1. Hey horns05--Vidor didn't give PN-G anything! PN-G earned it and won it! You might as well accept it. As far as Central taking care of PN-G, well that remains to be seen. Even if Central did beat PN-G, that would not change the fact that Vidor still lost to PN-G! Good luck to Vidor the rest of the season!
  2. Good post Raid07 The Raiders are a well coached team. The season isn't over yet, and the Indians will need to be prepared to play a great game. Lumberton has been in all of their games and played to the end. It will be a great atmosphere for a game and I'm sure the stadium will be packed.
  3. Very good post! I Don't even know what you said, but it takes a real man to own up to a mistake and offer an open apology like you did. ALL fans are passionate about their schools, or at least they should be. Sometimes we ALL get carried away with our zeal for our team, we don't mean to. Again, we all make mistakes, but owning up to them shows maturity and a willingness to do the right thing. Good job RustedCutlass!
  4. It will be a tough game because Lumberton has to win out to have any chance(don't know what the playoff scenarios are). It is always tough to play a team with their back to the wall. PN-G 35 LUM 10
  5. I hope that Vidor does key on our 1 back, then our 4 receivers wil have a great night.Just because we only feature 1 back, does not mean that we are 1-dimentional.
  6. We look forward to the game against Vidor this friday. Coach Mathews runs a classy program with great athletes. PN-G and Vidor have always played each other tough. Also looking forward to the Vidor half-time show, they have one of the best in the area. You will definitely get your money's worth at the REZ this friday.
  7. Good post Ftballfan11! You make some good points about the diff. schemes and adjustments being made. I hope the DOGS have a great game and pull out the victory!
  8. PNGProud--no need to apologize for "over zealous" PN-G fans. They are just excited about their team (as they should be) because they haven't had a reason to be excited for a while. No doubt some may get a little carried away, but it's all in good fun--and I've seen the same thing from other fans about their schools. No one should have to apologize about being proud and enthusiastic for their Team, that is much better than the alternative (PN-G fans have had their share of that). Not calling you out--just reminding you of your roots. Good luck to the DOGS--hope you pull off a win against Central!
  9. Now 'Rey -- aren't you pretty good about getting things stirred up? Hmmm? What's that old line about--those living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones! ??? Remember--it's all in "FUN" ;D
  10. This will be a great game between 2 hard-working teams with a tremendous amount of support from their fans. I expect both sides to be packed full for this tough battle. We welcome our friends from Vidor and look forward to witnessing a great show from both teams. Start to finish (half-time included) it will be worth the price of admission! Good luck to both teams, and I hope that the Indians prevail and remain undefeated!
  11. Hey meanjoe--nobody will have to give PN-G anything--they will earn it just like they have all year! ;D ;D
  12. If you want to talk about "bashing" someone '68, then perhaps you should ask blackpearl to refrain from calling someone an"idiot". You can't have it both ways--that seems to be forgotten sometimes!
  13. CONGRATS to PAM players and coaches!! GREAT win for your program!! Continued success to you the rest of the season!!
  14. Hey pirate73--why would you get on a PN-G thread and say something like that? ??? Well, good luck to both teams next week and G - R - E - A - T J - O - B INDIANS!! Be proud of what you have accomplished, be determined to get BETTER, and KEEP being the HARDEST WORKING TEAM in TEXAS! ;D
  15. TO Jackthehammer: You are ALWAYS a class act on this board(and I'm sure you are elsewhere too)! Thanks for the kind remarks to the Indians and you are always WELCOME at the REZ. I hope you enjoy the rest of this season! Yankeedawg--You are just TOO FUNNY! That was a classic photo! You too are a class act on this board and are welcome on the REZ any time!
  16. Not gonna happen lion. The PN-G fans will be out in force on friday. Mosquitos, rain, mud snow, wind, hail--it doesn't matter. NOTHING will keep them from showing up to support their INDIANS.I hope you like PURPLE, because you are going to see a great deal of it on friday!!
  17. Good post Jackthehammer, as always you are the voice of reason! Very good analysis of the PN-G team.I wish you could come and sit with us this friday in Livingston--it would be fun! I'll be there and I hope to see a great game from the Indians! Good luck to Livingston and I hope for an injury-free game from both teams!
  18. Thanks Pirates73!! Good luck to the Pirates too!
  19. Our reality is that we are 5-0, 2-0! The Indians have had some doubters all season--why should now be any different. Just 1 game at a time!!
  20. With PN-G season ticket sales--you have the option of purchasing AWAY game tickets. You are only allowed to purchase the same amount of AWAY game tickets as you have for season tickets. Ex. 4 home game tickets = 4 away game tickets. This is why season ticket holders show up early the 1st day of sales--so they can get tickets to big games like Ned., etc., and to games where the seating capacity is smaller. I hope this helps.
  21. Well pirate, I have seen you play too--and I'm not impressed (SORRY--I hope you don't take it wrong, although you probably will). If you really want to know how well the INDIANS (5 - 0, 2 - 0) will do, then come to Livingston and see!
  22. Central takes this one easy!
  23. Vidor has a great coach in Mathews! He is a great leader and mentor to his team--class act all the way!!
  24. This is the way football fans need to talk to each other--joking, kidding, good natured ribbing. This is what makes M-C-M so special! I really hope that Ned. turns things around and gets to the play-offs (just wait till next week to start your comeback). Good luck to the Bulldogs and alltheir fans in Ned. Have a great night, enjoy the best football in the state, and be safe!
  25. The right reverend "JACK" speaks the truth--and the truth will set you free!! Good post Jack!
