Brubaker--the only special power that Coach Faircloth has is that he is a good man. He (like other coaches) believes in his players, and takes an interest in their lives as students and young men. I, nor anyone else has said that He is any Super-hero. He just sincerely cares about the young men he is coaching. As to the other part of the post, I was making light of the fact that '85 was projecting Ned. victories 10 yrs. into the future. Sounds like I struck a nerve--sorry!

Actually the same could be said of you too--wishing / or thinking with your heart. It's easy for someone to attempt to make a one-sided point for a team, but unless you are some kind of professional (paid coach) then really your points are baseless. I am a fan just like you and without inside knowledge of some kind (or being able to predict the future), it's all just speculation. Good luck to the Dogs--and I hope all the injured recover quickly and completely!

GREAT GAME! CONGRATS to Indians on a hard fought victory! I think it is time to drop ALL of the whining from BOTH SIDES! Both teams played a tough game and had to over-come numerous obstacles and mistakes through out the game. Enough of the "He said / She said--They did / We did", and let's just honor the effort from Both teams in a great game. Great job by the LC-M team and coaches! Q.B. #10 REALLY did a fine job all night. #9 also played a tough game and was a real warrior--He was injured 3 diff. times and kept coming back to play(got to admire toughness like that). LC-M will definitely be a force in this district. Good luck the rest of the season to the Bear's players, coaches, and fans.

I think that PN-G fans should just surround the stadium (afterall--we are the indians), and if that doesn't work--we can go through the hole in the fence left for us by BORAM! ;D

I agree with Cowboy and NDN, the team you just beat know's that they lost. It is OK to be excited about that victory, but it is not necessary to rub it in their face on their own field. That's how fights and brawls get started, celebrate on your bus on the way back home.

Getting pretty bad when you can't go to a footbal game without worrying about some idiot shooting at you. Hope noone was hurt after all that went on.

Hey jake--I usually respect your opinion on this board, but you are wrong this time! Your conjecture on what PN-G's record "WOULD" be, "IF" they played certain teams is just speculation without any facts. The only true way to compare schedules is in actual head-to -head competition against common opponents, and that hasn't happened yet. As stated by someone earlier in this topic, the schedule/scrimmage issue is "BEATING A DEAD HORSE". It will all be decided soon in district. Good Luck to You and the team you follow.

Good post pngfan66! There has been enough talk about schedules, hurt feelings, etc. We know the Indians are working and practicing hard and are totally focused on preparing for the game fri. night. I know the players will be excited and looking forward to a tough game against the bears!

For someone who doesn't have a dog in the hunt you seem to be pretty sensitive about lcm. As I stated earlier, it is something between fans and in good fun. After friday it will be forgotten, and the talk will be about the game with Ned. Yes, if lcm does win, then I think you will find a lot of PN-G fans that acknowledge that and say job well done!

I agree, the game WILL be decided on the field by the players! It is very easy to sit back and pick out a post, by a supposed fan, and declare that lcm isn't getting any respect from PN-G fans. I do not recall anyone saying that lcm will not show up, or that the PN-G name should strike fear in anyone's heart. I believe that the fans are just passionate and excited about the game. They use this forum as a way to convey their passion and excitement--and to joke with other fans in a friendly way. Where were you last year when the PN-G fans on here were being hammered and told how terrible their team was--were you taking up for them? I f so-- I stand corrected and offer my apologies. Do some people from both schools get a little carried away sometimes--yes--but it's all in good fun and it shouln't be taken personal.

Jake94--I disagree with you over the pre-season schedules. I would take PN-G's schedule all day--just feel like it was tougher and more beneficial. For those who like to include the scrimmage games--PN-G scrimmaged P.A. Memorial and did a great job against them.

Hey uthorns98, I love how you look at one side of things! lcm fans get just excited and stirred up as the PN-G fans do. It goes both ways--if it didn't then you would only have discussion from one side , and what good would this message board be. I think it's great that the fans of both school's are supportive. Sorry if your feelings got hurt.
