Good point 1st Infantry Division--though the stands may not have been "packed", we get the point that the photographer was trying to get across. I would think that attendance for all local schools games would be important to them. Isn't that a good way to gauge the excitement and enthusiasm of your fans for your team?

to vp93 all of the teams in our district could be better than last season! why would only lcm and vidor be better than last year? I would be willing to bet that the other schools think that they are going to be better too!

I bet the Texas schools show our friends from the west what football is like in the Lonestar state. That would be a great bunch of games to see, I would be interested to see what the attendance was for the games.

Thanks for the encouraging words Majestyk. I hope you get a chance to see the Indians in person, you will like the new and improved version. They definitely play with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. Coach Faircloth and his staff have brought a fresh perspective and superior work ethic to the Reservation.

I believe Texas City's record is 1 - 1. They are predominantly a run oriented team. They beat Alvin 28 - 24 this past week, but I do not know who they played the week before.

Thanks for the compliment BH15! We have a long way to go but the team is very excited--it is amazing what winning does for your enthusiasm. It was a great team effort in beating Crosby.

Another good test for the Indians. T.C. is 2 - 0 and will be excited about their win in the last minute. I think the Indians will be able to adjust to a predominantly run defense without any problems.If the Indians get a lead early it may force T.C. to throw the ball more, and it sounds like they are not comfortable with that kind of offense.
