  1. I hope that D.J. is ok and is able to play sat. He is definitely a key member of PN-G'S defense.
  2. My darkhorse pick is LC-M. Looking forward to seeing them play after all of their changes.
  3. Vidor definitely has a tough opening game. I hope the Pirates come out victorious, but I must agree with BrenhamFan(wow! a PN-G fan agreeing with someone from Brenham)that it will probably be unlikely. ::)
  4. He is definitely the real deal. The man is a heck of a coach and PN-G is glad to have him at the Reservation!
  5. Classy post LR1969!! I'm sure PN-G will represent the Golden-Triangle with class in San Antonio!!Hopefully DCTF will invite some other area teams in the future.
  6. Sorry Ozen--but this game won't be close. WB has to much offensive power. WB - 35 Ozen - 7
  7. Never heard of this syndrome before and I hope all of those student athletes is ok.If they are taking something someone better get control of that situation for all of their sakes.
  8. I wish the young man a speedy recovery.Nederland has done very well in past years at getting another Q.B. ready to play--and play well. Whoever it is, I wish him well and I'm sure he will be veryy excited to get a chance to start for the Bulldogs. Good Luck!!
  9. The only ranking that really matters is the one at the end of the season--and it has your school in the 1st position!! Wouldn't that be a great Christmas present? ;D
  10. Amen! Well said by all! Football is fun, but the quality of life for all of our student athletes is much more important. May God Bless and Protect ALL of our student athletes this season.
  11. I have some friends from there and I plan to go see little Ship play too. They say he can really dominate a game. I'm looking forward to it.
  12. Keep your eyes on Brownwood. They had a good year last year (11 - 3 ), and they won the D2 7 on 7 state title. Coach Shipley has come in there and turned things around. I wouldn't be surprised if they made it to state this year.
  13. etbu is just trying to pull your chain--don't sweat it biaplayer. The Indians record stands for itself--no need to say anything else. When they finally did lose they lost to a good Brenham team that made it to the finals. I hope we have that match-up again this year.
  14. Actually, I think that you could make a solid case for PN-G in the top ten. I think that Central could also be in the top ten. I don't know enough about some of the other schools to say about them.
  15. Very well said PN-G bandkid! About naming rights: learn from what BISD just went through--take your time, include the community, and bring some fresh ideas to the table. Make it something to be proud of, not something that creates division and controversy.
  16. A truly inspirational story. God Bless you Ted and the work that you are doing! Thanks for sharing this story with us.
  17. Great job Lady Indians! Looks like another District Title!
  18. To wasone03: what do the actions of one fan have to do with the way a team wins or looses. The fan's alleged actions have nothing to do with how well the team played on the field. The team won with class and decidedly so. If you have a beef with an individual then address it with them, don't try to take away from what the team did. Great job Indians! Looks like your in the driver's seat for the district title.
  19. Does anyone know who PN-G's non-district opponents will be?
  20. Great job this season Indians! We are very proud of you and what you accomplished! Thank You to Coach Faircloth and your staff for all of the long hours and sacrifices during this great season! We are 100% behind you and your staff and your families, and hope that you are here to stay for many successful years!
  21. Congrats to Brenham on a hard -fought and well deserved victory. Brenham played hard and deserve credit for their win. PN-G played a tough game but came up just a little bit short. The Indians showed great effort and heart in playing to the end still with a chance to pull it out.Good luck to Brenham going forward in the play-offs. PN-G had a great season and should be proud, and excited about their prospects for next season. Now, to all those making excuses because of the officiating--just let it go! I have been to every PN-G game this year, and no matter what the outcome of the game is I don't think blaming poor officiating is going to change anything. Do I think that the officiating in the PN-G  vs.  Brenham game was bad--YES! But you can never let the outcome of a game be decided by others, in otherwords, if you beat the opponent on the field then poor officiating or any other thing won't matter. PN-G should be proud of their effort and playing to the last second, but it just wasn't meant to be last night!
  22. Good post--well said!! :)
  23. Don't worry--we're Happy! ;D
