This will start Silsbee on one of the toughest schedules there is: Monday-3A #7 Carthage @ Jasper, Tuesday-Lumberton @ Silsbee, Thursday-Saturday @ Jasper Tourney. Thur-Livingston, Fri-Huntsville, Sat-Vidor then Jasper. Better get them pitching arms ready, 6 games in 6 days. Go Tigers!!!

Just got a call from a baseball parent and the Orangefield Tourney has been canceled. Can anybody confirm this

Silsbee beat Tyler All-Sants 8-3. Silsbee's freshman Powell started the game and did good in the first inning 2K, 1BB, 0runs. In the second inning he ran into trouble 2 runs, 0K, 3BB, 3 hits. Clint Scoggins releived him giving up no more runs. Clint finished the game 5 innings, 6K, 3BB, 3 hits, 1 run. Silsbee pounded out 11 hits and commited only 3 errors. Go Tigers!!!

What's wrong with homer picks, there's nothing wrong with homer picks, homer picks are smart picks, you can never go wrong with homer picks, why wouldn't you have a homer pick, and when I see homer's name Ill pick him.  :D

One hit was a three run bomb that rattled the score board hit by Colby. Jenkins redeemed himself the next inning by hitting a two run shot and going 2-4. Clint Scoggins for Silsbee came in the third and held Kountze scoreless the next three inning giving up one hit, with nine Ks and three BBs. Michael Simmons for Silsbee pitch the last inning giving up no hits with one K and one BB. Silsbee started pounding the ball in the third inning including another homerun hit by Gore (Fr) this being a two run shot. Lance Brown led the Tigers attack at the plate hitting 3-4 with four RBIs. Kountze pitchers started strong in the first two innings giving up one run striking out three batters. I'll have complete stats coming up.
