Here it is folks, the one y'all have been waiting for. Two state ranked teams playing each other. The Silsbee Tigers (18-2, 4-0) travel to West Orange to take on the West Orange-Stark Mustangs (15-3, 4-0). These two teams are looking to stay perfect in district play while taking a one game lead headed into the second round in district play. The Tigers are 15-5 against WOS over the past 20 games as the Tigers sweep the series last year. A good rivalry has brewed the past several years, as three runs has been the largest margin of victory between these two teams the past six games. It all gets started with JV at 4:30 and Varsity at 7:00.

If ether team gets over four runs would be a shock. Not in fault of their offense, but the pitching and defense of both teams. If this game is any where near the game last year (intensity and playoff atmosphere) the winners will be the fans.

The Silsbee Tigers (17-2, 3-0) will take to the road and play the LC-M Bears (10-9, 0-3) in a 22-4A District game. The Tigers beat HF last Friday 6-0 and LCM lost a close game against Orangefield 3-1. The Tigers are looking to stay undefeated in district play while the Bears are looking for their first district win. The Tigers have won six game in the past nine games against the Bears sweeping the series last year. The Bears won the playoff game. The festivities get started with the JV starting at 4:30 and Varsity starting at 7:00

The Tigers are looking to stay perfect in district and the Horns are looking for their first district win. Both teams come off close games last Friday as Silsbee had to come from behind to beat Orangefield 7-6 and the Longhorns lost a close game to WOS 6-4. Silsbee is 15-4-1 in the last 20 games against Hamshire-Fannett. The Tigers swept series against the Longhorns last year, but both games went into extra innings. The games get kicked off with the JV starting at 4:30 and varsity starts at 7:00.
