Bmt United (6-2) revamped their schedule this season after going 34-1 last year. Playing stiffer competition all (6A) schools thus far. Putting in the hard work to go further this season than last with this younger group and less size.

Come On Man lol, Off night and a scoreless second half against then 5-3 Deer Park. Hopefully "People" arent mad that WB has a chance to make another run at D2-6A Title but somewhat surprised the path they chose. Never underestimate the Heart of a true Champion.

So the lesson taught last night was integrity and morals account for very little in the times we live in now. Michael Jackson said it best "CHANGE" starts with the Man in the mirror. Curious if he can look at himself in the mirror this morning. Westbrook's best defense is offensive ball control,keep NorthShore offense on the sideline they cannot score from there. If they get into a shoot-out/scoring match with NorthShore it will be difficult to get the "W" Limit NorthShore possessions...Good luck WB....

Iron sharpens Iron...Is almost universally seen as positive when wise people should be questioning,encouraging coaching and challenging. Surely coaches cant play the game but should have a very strong influence in the decision making of his players. The solution and search has eluded that "Coach" from being hired on the south end of town..jmo

LoL,come on man if you swoped BU coaching staff for WB coaching staff BU would be 7-0 and WB would be struggling. The work ethics,,knowledge,discipline,team work,professionalism,respectfulness and determination is like night and day in the staffs. BU staff are good guys but there's a difference in good guys and good coaches. They had to put them somewhere just not at WB. jmo...

Durley brought that winning attitude from Hebert on Fannett road to the west end and it has remained. Prior to the merger Forest Park had very little success. Pride, hard work, better coaches is a major reason for success at WB.. WB football practice and BU football practice is totally different by my observation. In the past WB would draw the better talent from out of zone middle schools and that helped as well. WB program is stable, BU will more than likely have a new head coach next season. Some believe its by design that a top shelf proven winning Coach will never get hired on Fannett Rd without having restraints on selecting his own staff. Until then WB will continue to dominate in football and this is ok with the administration. United will have success in basketball because they have a proven winning coach with decent talent. jmo...
