Well I must give credit were it is due, Last yr I was hard on the guard play from Evadale, But this game is the best game I have seen out of the Evadale point guard in Yrs. He took control of the pace of the game from the start, and never let Normangee rest. Normanagee played the entire game with only 5 players, and Evadale just out lasted them. I also must give coach L credit for playing to his teams strong points. He uses the speed of this yrs team due to the lack of size. Last yrs team was big and slow, so he played half court and it worked. This yr he has a small team so he puts pressure on the ball the entire game. Some coach only  know how to coach their way and make the team play his way, But this coach has played to the his team and not make the team play to him.  Great job and good luck in the next game.

This is just another one of those cases were everyone gets a trophy ,for just showing up...

Last night WH took away Evadales best player, but the rest of the TEAM steped up and pulled together for the win. And thats what its going to take to beat BS and go anywere in the playoffs. Evadale played the game just like they had to ,to win WH took away #3 but the rest of the team made them pay for it. When your game plan is to take away the best player on the other team you have to beable to pay 4 on 4 and win the 1on1 match up. WH just could not match up.. Good luck to WH in the playoffs, and now Evadale can look forward to a match up with BS. Should be a great game between to even teams :) :)

The first time this game was played till the last shot, Evadale won on the road, This time the game will be at Evadale, I think the home court will help the Rebs. #3 is going to have to move more without the ball and the rest of the team is going to have to step up and score a few points. West Hardin is going to try and take #3 out of the game, like last game, so the 4 on 4 will have to score.

[/quote]  BIG difference between having a mascot that is Indian than someone making fun of a real person... its kinda of hits you when your a Indian and you never attended big sandy school and you come up there to watch a good basketball game between 2 decent teams and you see this type of inappropriate behavior ...  And I have no ideal what the Rebs did last year , I think BS has done really well in the past to .. They have allways play tuff games against eachother. A few yr back, when Evadale did not have the tallent that they have had, BS came to Evadale at the end of they yr and realy ran up the score. So last yr Evadale realy thumped on BS twice, so there is bad blood when these two meet.

You need to get over it and be proud that you have a HOLLER that only the Indians can do :o I Guess PNG needs to get another song and maskot. Like I said I WAS AT THE GAME and the Evadale fans were all together, I never heard 1 person Holler LIKE A Indian.. But If the Indains and White are so close in BS, then why do the Whites set on the Vistor side and the Indians on the home side?? 

Well I was also at the game, and for some reason BS is the only gym that I have been in that the home fans set all over the gym on both sides, All the Evadale fans set together on the VISTOR side and the BS fokes just came and set around them :o :o So in a big game that ment so much to both sides you get tired of the other team fan taking trash beside you. If the Indians and white fokes from BS dont want to set together on the HOME side They need a bigger GYM or put up a wall on the HOME side. BSjust wonted this one more.. They had several trips down the floor and had 3 and 4 off boards. There is no dought that #3 for Evadale is the best player on both of these clubs, but the rest of the Evadale team has to step up their game. Thats the biggest differance in this yrs team compared to last yr. You had to play 5 on 5 to stop them. Tonight BS set out to stop #3 and make the other 4 beat them and they just did not step up to the job. Last yr team also droped 1 Dist. game that they should have won, and that lost woke up that team, Lets hope that this does the same for this yrs team.And as far as the fokes being as to leave the gym, If the one ref would have payed as much of attention to the kid from BS holding on to #3 EVERTIME he tryed to get free, As he did to the lady in the stands It would never have come to them asking her to leave. Funny Ever time Evadale goes to BS they have to get pass the HOME TOWN COOKING by the refs. Not saying that the Refs cost them this game, They just got out played, But it would have made a difference if the kid had not been held ALL NIGHT.

Pulling for the Rebs in this one, but if they dont cut down the turnovers and get back on def. this might be a up set. In the first meeting BS mised over a dozen layups and I dont see them shoting that bad at home.
