As I said JMO when Evadales QB gets to look at the film he will see that he needs to make all his reads before he takes off running. If he would have hit his open  reservers last fridaynight , the score could have eazy been 28 to 7 at the half. But Evadale will need to get the early lead, do to the fact that over 1/2 of their players play both ways and that they tend to get tired in the 4 qr. As of right now I dont think they can come from behind late in a game. But all this will be found out Friday night, not Wen. on this board. :D Right now both teams or 2-0, so this will be a big game for everyone.

[/quote]I am not leaving anyone out of the running for a playoff spot this year, there is no doubt that this is going to be the hardest dist to get out of this year. There is a real good chance that there will be a coin flip to see who gets the 3 place spot.

EC dist. games start in 3 weeks with Woodville and if Jones is not back by then EC will be 0 and 5 after playing Newton in 4 weeks. That will make it very hard to get out of this new Dist. There are 5 playoff teams from last year that are fighting of 3 spots this year.

Deweyville wins this one 35 to 6

Ok lets get back on topic: Fat Refs, ;D Fat coaches and Fat cops. :D Its to early in the season to be calling out cheating refs. I dont think there is one person here that would cheat a kid. And that is what we are talking about is kids.

One thing that EC can look forward to is that they have 2 weeks to get ready for the next game. Hope that Hank can get well for the start of Dist. play. Woodville will not be eazy without Jones and next comes Newton, and if they go 0 and 2 to startoff , making the playoffs will be hard.

I never like to call out one kid but, Brandon Mckiff has got to have the biggest heart of all times. I watch this kid perjecile vomit blood on the side line 4 times, when D- vill was on their last drive, and this kid put his pads back on and went back on the field to help stop the 2 point try.My hat goes off to this kid. Some of the others could take note of how hard this kid played. He could have just stood on the sideline and no one would have thought anything bad about it. But he defintly feft it all on the field.

Evadale won but not for trying to give it away. They moved the ball down inside D-vill 10, 4 times and could not finish a drive. You have to give it to D-vill they never gave up, after being out played most of the game. The Rebs better get the drops worked out or they will be another team that playes one and out in the playoffs. But at the end of the day its a win, and that is all that will go in the books. Good luck to both teams the rest of the year.

I 2 thought EC was going to be the 2 team in this Dist. but after lossing their leading rushed and QB for 4 weeks that is going to make it tuff on the Bucs . They will have to play Woodville and Newton with out him and his first week back they play Hardin, not a eazy game after being out for 4 weeks. I hope he works it out, he is a good kid and I hate to see him end his highschool career this way.

I know they are not in the same league as Sils. And PA and the bigger schools but I dont see anyone in their Dist. scoring on Evadale this year. They have 9 Sr that play and at a 1a school that is huge. They will get tested when they play Deweyville this week and Trinty next week.

14 to 0 Kelly. I think EC Def. will get worn down if the Off. goes 3 and out to many times. I think it will be close untill that point. Hope Hank comes back soon.

Ok I'll Play. On my moms side her moms grandfather came over on a Spanish Jean Lafeat pirate ship as a cabin boy and jumped ship in High Island. My dad was adopted and past away when I was 4 so I have no clue >:( But I have never been a Racit, I hate everone ;D ;D
