Hard to get a real fill on the Reb Off. they never had to run the same play 2 last week. Ever play they tryed worked so this week we should get a better look at what kind of team this is going to be. Both Qb had good # one throwing and the other running. and they had 3 reservers with 30+ yards. Should be a close game but I think 24 to 14  Evadale

And I still stand by saying how could any team giving up 63 points  and scoring 0  have a D1 player on it . And I also know that explayers do have a little pull in getting someone in to a school, maybe not much but some.  So if you helped him get in that is great , that is what a parent is suppost to do. Yes he will finish at Evadale this year. Really wonted to move back with his friends that he had been with for 10 years.

Deweyville scored 35 And Evadale scored 45 in week one. And both shut out their opponent. Which Def. will give up the first points???

Woo did not mean to ruffel the hawk feathers just ask how a team that gives up 63 points and scores 0 could have anyone that can play D1 ball. Just thought dad might have pulled a few strings after all he went there ;). But I am glad to see Lamar trying to get a few homegrown players to stay at home. And I will be sure to let you know were he will play college at but you will have to wate untill we get on the hard floor. Its a long time untill then and I dont wont to jenks him and get him hurt. You know that a college will jerk a offer so fast if a kid gets hurt when he is still in high school. Sounds to my like the kicking game is what let the Buc's down, and I dont think Jones is the kicker. They can fix the kicking game but will have to wait for Jones get well, hope he is not out long.

I know no one really cares other than every dad in Texas ;D but this is my babys last year to play highschool football and I dont think that I was this excited when I was in school. I keep trying to tell him how special this time is and to just enjoy it as much as possible. Because he will never pass this way again. Great story, you sometimes see thing like that at the small schools but to see that at a 5a school is great. That is what highschool football is all about. Please keep everyone posted on this story as the year goes on.

And your point is???  My was that they won one playoff game. They had a great year, went undefeted , but to brag about going 3 rounds deep in the playoff is a little missleading.

Some people seem to stretch the bye.  Ec won one game then got blew out in the 2 game, but I also think that they will not be week this year just in a very tuff dist. 5 teams in that Dist. went to the playoffs last year, someone will be staying home and in the gym early this year. They will have to come to play every week, one let down could knock them out of the playoffs.  Wish them goodluck this year.

Just hope to see a few packages this week that will be using a double tighend.They have some good backs but they need room to run. And a good QB with some good receivers but he needs time to get rid of the ball. I saw 2 times last week he had a receiver open for a big play but could not get the ball out, due to pressure. But it is early in the season and I think Coach Will will have it all worked out come dist. play.

I hate that I had to miss this weeks game but just could not get off in time, But I have looked at some film and could see what everone is saying about the O-line. And what killed me more was to see the biggest player Evadale has standing on the sideline and not no that line. I know the kid wonts to play tighend but he is playing behind the other big kid It is fortunate that a 1a school has 2 kids that big but you have to use them were they will help the team the most, and now they need them both on the line at the same time. With this years Sr group this is the best time for Evadale to win a few games in the playoffs.

Well Evadales schedule said Fri. but I know that they are practicing this week 4 to 6 so if Kountze showes up on Thur. at 5, some one will be on the field ;D

I KNOW Aggie no one wins Scrimmages but the Rebs did look pretty solid on Def. given up no TDs and seemed to move the ball at will on Warren to night. Rebs look to have one of the biggest teams in years this year. Warren looked to be a little out maned on both sides of the ball. The best thing is that no one got hurt on eather team. Good luck to both teams the rest of the year. And MO the only thing that you misted was the heat and bud it was hot on our side. So make sure to bring your own shade next week, Oh yea thats right you set in the AC at the home games ;) I will let you know how the little people are doing ;D

Evadale is not at Buna Sat. they are at Warren at 5:00 Sat 14. Then next week they will play Kountze at home at 5:00 That is their 2 Scrimmages for this year. Their firsts game will be 8/20 at Galveston O' Connell 7:30

Murphy does throw the better pass but as some have said the Rebs dont always have a great line and the Sr can take the hit and keep getting up. How many teams can say that their starting  linebacker is also their QB?  The Nichols kid is just one tuff kid. Murphy will have his chances but just not this year as their starter. But they should be far out in front of some teams in Dist. that he will see the field plenty.

What kind of size does Big Sandy have this year? I have not seen them play in three years, then they had the good big kid  . But in years past they could shoot the 3 .
