Bi-District Round Info - POST HERE

LCM vs. Lindale Friday, November 15th 7:30 pm Battlin Bear Stadium, LCM High School -
The thing about LCM is they make adjustments at halftime and always seem to have enough in the tank at the end of the game to pull it out. It will be a good game I think. I'll take LCM by 6

Bridge City vs LCM Predictions
vidor96pirates replied to WALLYtheBEAR's topic in High School Football
Just an observation but LCM has been getting better week by week and looks to be peaking at the right time. Bridge city's games have been closer as of late. I think the LCM defense will be the difference. Give me LCM by 10. -
He's the superintendent I believe.
-
I think Travis Maines should take a shot. He was a great all around athlete, heck of a qb and a very smart guy.
-
No way New Boston scores that much on Newton.

Has Vidor ever produced a D1 player?

Ryan Smith class of 93 was a pretty good kicker. Not sure if he went D1 or not. -
Black and Gold Bowl... who ya got?!
vidor96pirates replied to jake94's topic in High School Football
There is still a Beaumont chapter. Nederland, png, vidor, Beaumont isd, port Arthur isd, silsbee, and newton all use the Houston chapter though. -

There's no such thing. Both schools use the Houston TASO chapter for officiating. -
It was one of the new rules for this year
-
Yes there is with under 1 minute to play.

Vidor plays Baytown Lee for homecoming
-
12 for 28 with 192 yards and 2 td's according to the box score.
-
I wouldn't be surprised if some of the rubber pellets didn't wash away. Half of the field was under water. The rain was a little bit much for the drainage to keep up with.
-
TASO had their own officials that run the game and play clock
-
The last time i drove by there a couple of weeks ago they had everything all dug up. I'm not sure what the process is but I guess they would have to level the ground and then start the slab.
-
I think it looks very good. Can't wait to see what Vidor's looks like.

Ask MrUmp1 your rules question.
vidor96pirates replied to adminbaberuth's topic in High School Baseball
Ah ok well the base umpire would have been in B usually. You never cross the dirt and go out on a ball hit to the outfield. He would have to have went over towards third and got the best look he could at it. He would have also have been watching the runners touch bases as well though. Unless he saw it clear as day the plate should have had the better view. -

6a varsity uses 3 man crew usually. If that was the case 1b umpire is in A, 3b umpire is in C. The ball being hit down the left field line is the plate umpires call. If the umpire in C got a good look at it he could give the plate what he saw and he makes the call.
