That's probably the best thing. I never liked the idea of having a AD then a Head football coach

I know yall AD makes pretty good but I don't know about the high school coaches

hes been our head coach 10 years. But if you look at the area he makes probably the most in 4a and probably in the top 5 or 6 in the area. I wouldn't think we would hire coach without any kind of experience.

I think with that kind of pay it could lure some quality coaches when the job come open again.

Pretty good for a 4a program imo in this area.

Not alot of talent at LCM. But we are paying a coach nearly 100k. I think community would support a good football coach. LCM about to have a new superintendent with new leadership I think that things change in Bear country.
