Defense has bailed us out all year with the exception of one game. The offense need to show up and make some plays. Raines has to find his receivers when they are open. If the passing game comes together, look for Big Ned to make some noise..

Something that hasnt been mentioned much is Vidors pass defense. Havent seen them in their later games, but against Nederland they blanketed our receivers... Could be the difference

I saw a lot of you out there in support tonight. Usually only see PNG folks. I know during district play i give a lot of crap to Vidor fans but its all in good fun. Its one thing to believe in your team and support them. But something entirely different when you are acting cocky about a 4-6 record to a team that has blown you away twice already. Yes GCM has a chance to win tonight. Its the playoffs baby! But I wouldnt take that to the bank  ;)

i've always said that the people who called for Neumanns head after one losing season were crazy. I am lucky to say that i played for and looked up to this man. Great coach, father, husband, and man in general. Congrats to everyone whos ever been a part of the nederland football program from players, to coaches, to band, to twirlers, to westernaires, to cheerleaders, to flags, to BigNed, and most importantly to the fans. Lamar will get crazy friday. Lets go get 503 ( or whatever we are at lol)

We've relied on our defense this whole season with the exception of the Ozen game. We did win that shootout but if our defense does that again, its probably sayonara for the Dogs.
