I think OF will Score between 24-30 pts but I am not sure if they will be able to stop BC. I hear its been really wet I think that helps the cats more than the cards. No matter who wins I hope they go far and represent 21-3A well in the Playoffs. I actually played in Bayou Bowl I II and III, I cannot believe its already the tenth anniversary.

HJ's run defense is the worst in the district (285.3 YPG), their total defense is worst in the district (360.3 YPG), Their Scoring Defense is second worse ( 25.8 PPG ) Only HF has a worse scoring defense ( 44.7 PPG ) Lets Look at OF's Offense: Rushing Offense Best in 21-3A with (373.8 YPG), Total Offense Best in 21-3A ( 419.2 YPG ) Scoring Offense Best in 21-3A (42.7 PPG) I am no doctor or anything, but You have the districts worst rushing defense going up against the districts best offense up to this point, I think OF will score as many points as they want. and to whoever said that HJ's defense was as good as Newton's? Newton has only allowed 995 rushing yards all year, and 400 of those were to OF. Their average is 165 rushing yards per game, and like I said they gave up 400+ to OF so if you take that game away their average is less that 100. which is WAY WAY WAY better than 285.3 YPG. The Numbers Do NOT lie

Seeing as how OF just humiliated the horns 54-9 and they had backups in most of the 4th Qtr I say WOS gets this one 60-7

I am trying to figure out how everyone is suddenly so down on WOS I am not from WOS and really I never root for them but they lost one district game on an incredibly sloppy field to a good silsbee team. Everyone chill WOS is still a very talented team.

I agree OF hasn't played as hard a schedule as WOS or Silsbee, but they did score 40+ points on newton who held silsbee to 20, and they played a pretty good EC team in week 0. Newton has a MUCH better defense than HJ so I do think OF will score lots of points However, the OF defense is very suspect. This one could go either way. Looking at the stats OF is averaging like 375 rushing yards a game, and they have more rushing yards than BC, HF, and Silsbee Combined so their offense is very good. That combined with the fact that HJ has allowed more rushing yards this season than any other team in 21-3A (1712) or (285) yards per game makes me lean towards OF. I was saying that OF has a suspect defense but looking at the stats the bobcats defense is better than HJ in every category, this will be high scoring assuming the field is dry, but OF will run the ball at will and come out on top.

I do not forsee this one being close...Silsbee by 21 or more...BC is not in the same class as Silsbee or WOS yet...

Is someone trying to insinuate that BC will take down WOS??? WOW I have no dog in that fight, but WOW. I am all about having school spirit but lets keep it real.

As a guy without a dog in this fight I say silsbee by 10.

In all honesty WOS or Silsbee will probably win district... then again back in 2002 when OF went to the reservation everyone thought they would get blown out, if any of you were at that game you know OF beat PNG up and down the field only a lucky play in the 4th QTR and some seriously bad calls saved the indians. If I were a betting man I would bet on WOS to win it all, but anything can happen and eventually WOS will lose a district game could be this year, could be next year ect ect. I think it will end up WOS, Silsbee, OF/BC/HJ are gonna be a fight. Right now I think I would give the edge to HJ because they won it last year. I feel that third spot belongs to the hawks until OF or BC can come and take it away from them. I am a little worried about how everyone has jumped on the OF bandwagon. I think they are a much improved team from last year, but I do not want the cats to be overconfident. I think if this coach can win 5 games with OF he should be coach of the year. That would be a great turnaround for the cats. Good luck to all of 21-3A. I do not care who wins I just hope whoever does goes all the way to win state.

I have watched film on every team in 21-3A, and I follow this district very closely. I feel it will finish as follows: 1. WOS 2. Silsbee 3. HJ/OF Too close to call at this point 4. BC 5. HF WOS Is strong pretty much everywhere and should not have too much of a problem winning out. Silsbee has a stong passing game and ok defense, but they need to improve their running attack and become more balanced to challange WOS HJ is more athletic than OF and usually that would make me lean their way, however I feel OF's offense is very good, they appear to have better coaching, and will be very tough for HJ to stop. I feel that when they play each other it will be somewhat of a shootout and at this point its too early to call a winner. BC has an ok defense, but their offense is anemic. Obviously they have a shot at beating HJ or OF, but they are going to have to imporve dramatically on offense. HF basically looks weak in alot of areas and will have a hard time getting any wins in district play.
