About 4-5 years ago a poster that bleeds H-D red and Black was hyping that years team up.  He mentioned the “four horseman” several times, stating they had 4 players that were going to wreak havoc on the opposition.  That prophesy fell a little short that year and it has just stuck.  I think there are posters for every team who are just a little overzealous on their predictions and actually cause people to root against their teams.  Hell, maybe I’ve been guilty of it myself.  At least that is my recollection of the running joke’s humble beginnings.

First off, I am well aware there are no play-off spots given for moral victories, but I am impressed with Coach Dubois and the Hawks this year.  Every week is a great game, and the Hawks have been in just about every game.  As a team I know they have to be down with the losses, but it is obvious they are prepared by the coaching staff.  I have no vested interest in the team, but hang in there Hawks.  Coach is providing you with life lessons.  Things won’t always go your way, but you never give up.  Pulling for some late season bounces to go the Hawks way.

You had your crystal ball out for this one.  Harvey - 1 in a 100 year storm....2 years later, Imelda dumps similar types of rain and on the same areas.  Gas prices on the rise, millions in remodeling contracts and on and on.

Just a suggestion, but contact Pastor Robert Moore with Good Samaritan Fellowship (Fred, Tx) or Steve Waites at Sabine Pass LNG (downtown Bmt office).  They play in ACEL, a home-school / small private school league out of Louisiana.  They might be able to get you in touch with schools in the league looking to fill out tourneys and schedules.  There are usually a lot of teams in western La that are looking for games.
