So how does everyone see this district playing out. I keep flip flopping on whether Carthage will finish first but I'll stick by that followed by Jasper followed by Center.

I look forward to the Jasper Center game along with this weekend seeing how Center holds up against Carthage.

So Center is 7-0 with a 1-0 district record after beating Diboll. I already have a feel of how Carthage looks so can I get some opinions on Center? Dave Campbell has them ranked 19th.

It will be between bridge city and Orangefield. I'm picking Orangefield to take the 3rd spot

Jasper will win by a minimum of 21 points. I'll be at the Carthage game. Should be an awesome game.

Games over and WOS won. However Jasper will be fine this season and has a bright future ahead. WOS defense is beast.

Got word today that Matt is ok. Suffered from a concussion and can not do any sport related activities for 10 days.

This game is where either team will prey on small mistakes. They will be the deciding factor.

I believe Coach Barbay is doing wonders in Jasper and is proving to be a fantastic coach that will turn the Jasper program around for the better. With that being said I am very much impressed with Walker as the QB. The Jasper offense will have their hands full with a good WOS defense. I believe this will be a fantastic game that WOS will pull out. 28-20 in favor of WOS

I predict Jasper 28 Orangefield 21. I wouldn't be surprised however if Orangefield pulled it out.

I believe Walker will be a great player this year. He has really developed well. IMO

If they got rid of him I would lose all respect for the PNG football program. He has done a fantastic job!

I believe it will be Orangefield that grabs the 3rd spot

I can not see PNG falling to 2-8 or 3-7. PNG has a quality team every season

I believe it will work out that Carthage wins the district, Jasper in second and Center in third.

I'll be at every Jasper game. Though the games are on the radio I can update you if you want

I feel their offense made great strides and with a young QB in Walker I like what I'm seeing from Jasper on the offensive side. If Jasper could get the defense back on track then watch out. You can't fix one thing and let another go bad and for the past couple of seasons I feel Jasper would be good on one side of the ball, but the other side of the ball drastically hurt the team
