I know 7 on 7 dont mean didly when it comes to the actual season... but it will interesting to hear how Lumberton does with new AD in place... i know he hasn't had time to do anything... but as far as attitude of players will be something to gauge with.... someone please post a scouting report on them...

one thing I think it helps them the best... is that they have a measuring stick on what they need to work on to make themselves better other then from a parent or a coach that they get talked to by all the time...  its like a set of fresh eyes and they tend to listen better... not that the information is any different that is being told to them at home or at the school... but its from an outside source... he will come back telling you things that you have been telling him for years.... you will just have to smile nod and give your approval... LOL ... trust me on this HAHAHAH ... it will also give him exposure and let him understand that although the work regime at the high school is tough... it only gets tougher if you want that next level... I would also think about sending him to different camps each year.... so that he can get a broad array of thoughts and ideas on his position... he will find what works best for him and be better for it...

[/quote] there are definitely more questions.  Its not a question of capable talent, its a question of melding all the pieces together to make a unit that works according to one purpose.  They will be fine against inferior talented teams, but teams with similar talent and superior continuity will rip SC apart. Its far more then rust.  I can say from a technical standpoint, both OL and DL are going to be weaknesses for this team.  DL will struggle to create pressure against technically sound Offensive lines, and the Offensive line will struggle to create running lanes against faster and stronger defensive lines You may very well get a duplicate of last year, if all other teams stayed exactly the same.  Thats highly unlikely.    Like i said before, Summer Creek is the favorite.  However, its logically feasible that this SC team could be worse given they lack the cohesion of the previous year.
