Keep the Ibuprofen, IcyHot and laughs close by... the ibuprofin and icyhot for the sore muscles and the laughs for seeing your child stiff, sore and can barely move to eat.... but can't wait to go back and do it again.... When they are doing the backwards bear crawls up the stands while another group is making a lap on the track  and the bear crawlers cant stop until the group on the track makes a full lap you will see them all come together knowing that the faster they make the lap the less time their pals have to bear crawl... oh and once you make it to the top on the bear crawl you have to sprint to the bottom and start over.... this is a great team builder because everyone works hard to get the others off the stands.... you will see a different team... a different attitude and a much closer group.... Football games aren't won during the season... they are won over the summer... with the weights, the sprints, the training you do away from your coaches... how bad do YOU want it....  the way you practice is the the way you play... leave 100% effort behind you because if you don't it will leave 100% regret the rest of your life... And Soulja.... I do think the kids of Central the past couple of years could of been more prepared as far as game planand more structured workouts and such... but ... I think the youth should shoulder some of it for not getting off their duffs and going and working on their own.... sometimes that extra initiative helps more then anything....
