Pulled the starters in the 3rd quarter and did a lot of substituting before that. A lot of kids get to play and it keeps everyone happy. Hope we have this kind of luxury in future games :D
you will against nf they are a one man show, and that qb is gonna get himeslf killed.
 2. then one of those trolling coaches should come do it. =p
 3. To be saying this is a must win game, in week 5?

I think Nederland's running attack is outshine bertrand. But thats just my opinion.
I think the QB's are even but PNG the edge at WR.  They have it the other way around.
PNG has the second worse receiver core i've seen this season... the worst being North Forest. They simply drop to many balls.
You must have only seen one game at the most. LaCour and Chipman have both been doing well.
Well i just know how they did against a horrible pass defense... it's like if you throw for 200 against the Texans last year... you sorry. =p
 5. this is a shameless bump... do Bulldogs fans not love their team? come on panameyers u seem to know lee, why not be their guy? Where are my Beaumont schools at? NF/GP never on anyways.

QB Garry Kimble 69.09 comp pct, 1154 yards, 10 TD's 1 pick, Rushing 242, 7 TD's 6.37 per carry. RB James White 761 yards 10 TD's, 8.55 per carry, 3 receptions for 54 yards 1 TD WR Mike Williams 18 receptions 444 yards 25 yards per reception 6 TD its a close one with Brenham but they are better statistically than PAM.
Hey Cougtalk, where should those Crosby Cougars be ranked now? BTW, what happened to your "fan poll"? [/] poll is still in progress i need nederland/lcm/cental/ozen for 20-4a and i need north forest/gp for 19-4a (i think that is right.)  honestly if get 2 more for 20-4a i'll start it. Hey Cougtalk, where should those Crosby Cougars be ranked now? right in front of West Orange-Stark. so like #17. with wos 18 and central 19 =P.
 7. big school will only look at him if he gets bigger. I.e. Dobbs from Montgomery = key example. kid simply needs to get bigger.

OK, I feel better.  Man, not having anything to complain about was hard...... ;D ;D
Actually, the lone voter with ties to WO-S did not even have the Mustangs in his Top 15.  And don't think we can all agree with your conclusions.
That is because your objective. and the others are crazy... Honestly i don't think Crosby deserves a vote our defense is terrible, sure we will probably make the playoffs but sheesh that defense is bad.

You can rush or throw for a 1,000 yards all you want but you can't have 5 turnovers in a game & still expect to win. Crosby has to learn to hold on to the ball & not throw interceptions. It is that simple!!!!!
to be fair both interception are on plays they hadn't ran in game situation previously. one he didn't put enough loft to get the screen over the lb, the other was a medium range play with a safety over top cb on bottom, in both cases those are tought throws. i don't know why we would put a sophmore in that position. seems like a position to fail not a position to succeed.
I see why people call you Goubtalk. Life isn't fair. Soph. or Senior DON'T TURN THE BALL OVER & GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE TO WIN. Now on a second note this Crosby Team can't afford to make mistakes like turning the ball. I see the offense can score around 35 points & the defense gives up around 28 points. So we don't need turnovers VERY SIMPLE.
So lets get this straight? Hay Sophmore this is a new play were gonna run it 15x in practice then where gonna tell you to do it? A Touch pass that takes QB's months to develop, the ability to sink a ball? Perhaps you'd rather the safety hand the ball off every play? If you don't want him to turn the ball over don't run plays that are high risk. Throw screens/Run the ball help the kid out. 10 point lead with the ball why aren't we lining up a heavy set and pounding the ball with #11 Forrest Tyler. Hit the hole and push. I'd much rather trust my line with a one cut back than my Sophmore QB with a touch pass. Also I'm not sure whats going on in your head but reciting lore of ancient football bygones doesn't solve the problem. See a Fan says "We can't turnover the ball", A coach says "we have to minimize the risk of turning over the ball due to our youth" "Life isn't fair. Soph. or Senior DON'T TURN THE BALL OVER & GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE TO WIN." Austin Walter produced more positive plays than negative plays. he had 2 Picks he had a 30+ yard run and a score on the ground. He was asked to throw the ball deeper than he had been all season. guess what he got Picked off. I expect a bunch of short passes and a 6 linemen set for the backs. Also as a disclaimer: I work under the philosophy that Jimmy Johnson once said. Every coach makes 3 bad play calls a game, if a coach is honest with himself he can find them. Thus as an observer should give credence to the fact hindsight is 20/20 i think Coach will definitely have a more capable game plan for his QB. Of Course assuming he plays (he was out at the end of the game).

 15.
the offense played bad really bad but still had 410 yards rushing. Crosby's secondary is whats killing crosby.
4 turnovers after large drives = your offense is killing you all three turnovers happened on the lee side of the field, don't speculate about a game you didn't see. yeah 410 rushing yards and the whole 3rd quarter we passed the ball... go figure. Secondary wasn't the people getting picked on it was the line backing core second half rally was due to good running/playing a fast and athletic qb. worrying about those two got people out of position. Crosby has a zone and their was nothing caught over the top, broken tackles yes but nothing over the top.

The next game against Lee could definietly by a let down game after such a big win! It aint over till it's over!!
I GUARANTEE ALL OF 19-4A BETTER COME READY EVERY FRIDAY THIS YEAR.....STARTIN TO GET A BIT OF BALANCE BETWEEN THE TOP AND BOTTOM  ;)
i agree i believe the TALENT level is pretty even. and that the coaching at gcm/lee are going to make them much better, i mean compare bh 4 years ago to today, not even close to the same level of team. Dayton is feeling some adversity. BUT i think this will make the 4 teams who make it out BETTER football teams. Also Dayton/BH at the end of the cougs schedule, might be good games given we have 2 sophmores whom will grow as the season continues and who knows what 2 sophs can do to people.
I know bh is really high right now but watch out for those Baytown teams they have the ability to do things to you. both lee and GCM. p.s. GCM is the darkhorse to beat bh this year (in my opinion)
 19. i have a feeling 19-4a isn't going to have an undefeated team.

I think it's going to be an 8-10 pt margin and either team can take it.
Look at it this way, We not Santa Fe, Lumberton, or Nederland either. Think bout that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)
Nope but i do believe cap rock predicted that one.
 21.
I didnt make a prediction, primarily because I havent had time to do much posting, but if I had made a prediction, I would have gone the way it turned out! Still love the Broncos, but I really think BH is the top team in district this year! And, I'm happy to see it actually!!! Great game and I'd love to see BH go deep in the playoffs this year...time for BH to show they ARE FOR REAL...I'll be proud to support BH!!! Congratulations Barber's Hill.
hello my favorite dayton poster...

 24.
I dont know as i wss not there but the chronicle scoreboard has lee winning.  Crosby doesnt have the top end athletes lee does so i wouldnt call it sad regardless.  Ganders always have apunchers chance against teams like crosby.  If they dont completely implode as they are prone to doing, they have enough talent to beat everyone in this district.  They will implode more times than not
This is a valid statement, that QB was impossible to stop. They threw it ok in first half and the cougs simply kept giving them the ball. Offense let use down big time tonight. i will verify 33-32 Lee wins. (at game). The Crosby Offense play calling got too cute. and they should have stuck to the run and we ran almost no screen passes. Lee has a punchers chance you make mistakes they will kill you.
