I don’t think people are saying BH can’t compete don’t get it twisted. but A&M may very well be better than the Marshall team you just played. Maybe not, that’s why the games are played.

We didn’t squeak by Texas High last year either, show me consistency not one game.

Maybe but the big difference is BH has been very inconsistent, Crosby had a bad game, BH has had two bad games, and lost two games they played well in. Crosby also made a QB change to start the post season.

What are the odds that we just replay our district bracket to determine regional champions? Replay the two best games in our district of the year. PNG v. TC Crosby v. BH I woke up with a feeling, it might be heart burn but... I believe in the region sweep!

I think it would be a rather large upset. Not BH over FB Marshall big but i'd be willing to bet the line on this would be - 7 1/2 Montgomery.

Alright I'm Sold BH wins by 21. I don't think that district up north is very good, I think they have one team with a good offense and a bunch of teams with solid defenses but they haven't seen anything like the offenses in 12-5A. This is a great matchup for the Eagles because they don't need shoot out numbers to win. The only thing BH needs to do is stop watching their game tape from last week on repeat and make sure they are ready for Consolidated. Cannot look back to your awesome win or forward to your potential revenge game against your rival. Have to be in the moment, if the Eagles are they cruise to victory.

That tape seems to be the Rudder Highlight reel. Those Defensive Tackles from A&M are massive tho.

PNG has some good memories of shootout at Stallworth they'll need a similar performance.

TBF my original comment was you need to score 90% of your drives to win. slight exaggeration but not far off. I can definitely see a shootout.

I bet Miles is licking his lips off in anticipation of this one. The Rudder QB isn't even very mobile and he's making plays... Cyrin is going to go warp speed on this defense.

Punting from your opponents 30 tells me about all I need to know about the coaching staffs confidence in the Marshall offense.

Absurd, my view of them before and after Crosby is the same team with mid range athletes and a good coaching staff. Did you see what Crosby’s O-Line did to that defense? What Jones did to that defense. Jones is a good back, Crosby has a good O-line. Montgomery’s O-line and Running back are even better than Crosby’s. This is a mismatch and I hope the ndns pull this one out but I simply don’t see it.

Consolidated has all the advantage of playing the second round versus BH. the two times this year they’ve shown they can be the class of 5a they’ve relied on basically the same gameplan. They will likely do the same, because when they deviate from that gameplan they’ve been vulnerable. rely on the big boys up front the QB and the great sophomore wide out. I think A&M might have a shot at matching y’all up front but we will see. If I was them I’d take the run away and play zone with a man to man on your star receiver. it neutralizes the three ways BH kills teams. QB run, big O line, and that shifty sophomore.

Well they were right after all? We were not a matchup for Aledo. I fill similarly that Marshall isn’t for Crosby.
