1. Barber's Hill- Made a good run last year and eliminated my Cubs. 2. Crosby- Always competitive. 3. Summer Creek- A playoff team from last year.  They took my Cubs to 3 games last year. 4. Dayton- Just a hunch.

No Darrion Johnson, is pretty crazy.  He is one of the state's top DB's, who was also a valuable piece in the backfield and out of the wildcub.  Oh well, he's got another year of HS left.

The same as usual.  I expect at least a regional championship appearance almost every year.  Last year was an exception, but we should be back to typical Brenham next year.  It would be nice to bring home a state title, but if we couldn't do it with a few of our teams in the last decade, I don't know when we will do it.  Hopefully soon though...

[/quote] I agree....  I live 20 mins from a 3A school that would IMO, take care of Georgetown.  If you don't atleast think this is possible, you havn't seen Navasota this year. 

Hats off to 17-4A!  Georgetown & Manor both still going strong and Elgin had a helluva season too, barely losing last week.  I don't feel quite as bad about being swept by them now.  Time to get better this offseason for the first round next year.  Untill then, I got a feeling 18-4A's baseball teams will avenge this.
