We return Ty Schlottmann, Derek Edwards, Troy Green and very good and fast defense, from a team that was a state finalist last year and a regional finalist the year before.  Region 3 playoffs will be fun to watch, that's for sure.

[/quote] I agree....  I've seen Giddings play and they should defenatly be in the conversation for top 3 or 4 teams in the state.  With them being region 4 though, there is no doubt that region is the most competitive and challenging.

Texas City is a good team, so it could get interesting.  We played them in the Brenham tournament this year and pulled off a 3-1 victory.  Anybody heard if it will be a 1 or 3 game series?
