It could change in the next couple of weeks depending on what happens in these districts, but as of today yes Manor. [/quote]Manor hasn't beat a winning team all year. Lots of 1-7, 2-6, 0-8 on the schedule. They got beat by 35 by Georgetown, 21 by #9 Leander, and lost to Waco who might not even make the playoffs in their district. They still have to take their whipping from Connally too. Would love to have this as a second round matchup, at least our three losses will be to top ten opponents. After saying all that though I don't even think they get past Huntsville in the first round. [/quote] Manor actually isn't a bad pick.  This is one of their stronger teams.  It's nice to see a little recognition out west.  Not trying to be a homer, but Brenham could be a sleeper pick, as funny as that sounds.  I mean, this team knows how to win.  The talent pool isn't as deep as it has been in recent years, but it's far from dry.  If everything continues the way it has been this year,  this team will only get better.  You take that and mix it with early exits in the past 2 years and the team rallying to play for JD.....  This could be the year!  Teams to keep a eye on in D2...  FB Marshall, Texas City, Brenham & Terry.  My pick is Texas City. Now for D1, you can make a real strong case for Georgetown.  They are probably my pick in D1, but Summer Creek wouldn't surprise me either.  To be honest though, I think Summer Creek is a year away from a title appearance. Teams to keep an eye on in D1... Georgetown, Dayton, Summer Creek & Dawson.  My pick is Georgetown.

I keep referring to Willis because they're the only common opponent. We beat them by 50 and y'all beat them by 38 since you like to compare scores, probably should have beat them by 60 though. I think we only have that one loss to Montgomery at GPISD when Leroy Dobbins scored 6 tds on nearly 40 carries as far as the northern districts go. [/quote] KP is far from good.  They are about average at best.  Did you see them play BH?  It was sad....  As for North Forest, you are aware that they play in one of the easiest districts in the state right?  NF is about where they should be.  In fact they will even win a playoff game this year, but only cuz they play another extremely easy district in the first round.  (Then it's back to reality)
