[/quote] No but they have a couple good receivers returning, and a watered down district to navigate through.  That will give them an opportunity to get better.  They also play us first in district, so they will get that out of the way early.

We played Texarkana Texas High the last two years preseason. It is sorta cool playing someone you've played against before although I would have loved to see us play someone like Brenham the first game. Anyway..... Vidor 35, Santa Fe 0. Jeff doesn't believe in running up the score but I think our defense will put points on the board. [/quote] Me too....  I would have liked to have seen that.  We still have a chance to meet up in the playoffs if 2 out of these 3 teams make the playoffs.  (Central, PNG, Nederland)  That would send your Pirates D2, which is where we'll be.
