I'm not sure.  I've been trying to find out, but I havn't seen anything yet.  I know that Magnolia West won both games against Stratford in the regular  season.

 8. Brenham 3 Stratford 2 Final If Magnolia West won, they should be in instead of Stratford.

Thames with 65 pitches and 44 strikes
3 hits? I thought it was more like 1.
No, I believe it was three. none of the three left the infield. They all 3 came in the first inning with the small ball rally when GCM loaded up the bases with no outs.    I take that back.  The very first hit ( I believe it was the lead off batter ) was a nice shot up the middle that made it through... and then came the small ball ..  I did get a little concerned when the bases were loaded with no outs.  When BH got out of that inning without giving up any runs, I believe that set the tone early !!
That's about the time I got there. Not scoring in that situation and the n giving up 4 runs in the bottom of the inning was lethal. BH has enough arms to string together some wins in the playoffs. Would not be surprised if the did not get to a regional final.
A possible BH vs Magnolia 2nd round match up is intriguing.
 13. Congrats to BH!  Looks like y'all are ready for the playoffs.
 14.
The 6 PN-G runs in the 5th came without the ball leaving the infield. Parents are getting fiesty lol. Indians bunting the ball a lot in the 5th Vidor lady yells they can't hit you so they have to play small ball. PN-G lady chirps back well when you can stop small ball we'll go back to hitting. Classic. Some of the things I hear when I'm shooting wow.
Hahaha....  It sounds like our games when we play Magnolia.  Never a dull moment.  Parents chirp back and forth the whole game.  Looks like PNG is primed and ready for the playoffs.
 15. Friendswood....  I told you so.  When it comes to soccer, Waco Midway the cream of the crop.

Stratford is in with a win, but with a loss to Brenham they are in trouble.  If the Spartans lose, they need Waller to beat Magnolia West to get in, due to the Mustangs beating them both times this year.
 17.
Calallen won 7-1.  Calallen's #2 Mando Arevelo had a no hitter through 6 and out dueled UT signee Courtney Hawkins. The road to the 4a State title looks like it once again goes through Corpus. [Hidden Content]
Def some good ball played down in Corpus.  Whoever goes from this region should be use to seeing Calallen or Moody though.  One of those 2 are there every year.
 18. Thanks, but we still have work to do, if we want to get back to Round Rock.  We're playing good at the moment, but the playoffs is what matters and there's no telling what will happen then.  I hate that there is a coin flip, instead of a best of 3 series, cuz one bad game could end your season.  I think our district will have another great showing in the playoffs, this year. Grasshopper, I'm not sure who we will throw against y'all, but if I had to guess, I would say it will be our #2 pitcher, Kevin Kubeczka.  His best pitch is a curveball, that has a lot of movement.  If it's not Kubeczka, look for it to be Jesse Baker or S. Joswiak.  I think Stratford clinched the final spot with yalls last win.
