1. I am reminded of a quote from Bob Knight when he was at Indiana. His Hoosiers were down 6 with a minute to go in the NCAA tournament against LSU. It was something like this....."We were struggling and I thought all hope was lost and I looked at their bench and saw Dale Brown was coaching......It was then I knew we still had a chance". I think you could substitute Sedberry in for Dale Brown. That said...... BH - 32 BL - 18 That hurts me a little because Lee is where I graduated from
2. Hey Panama..... I was at that game......my uncle was on that RSS team. Permian was a machine back then.......the only team that could have kept up with Permians 1st team was Permians 2nd team
3. ECBucFan......I like the Shane Falco signature..... I also liked the quote in the movie Radio......."ain't nothing like huntin' for a win on Friday Night and wakin' up Saturday mornin' when you found one"
4. Nice win WH.......enjoy for a day then get to work and prepare for the next game......no relaxing.
5. I wish I could have been there.....sounds like a great game.....enjoy the win tonight then forget about it tomorrow and prepare for the next game just as if it was Dayton again.
6. Good Luck WH......I miss being at those games. I hope it is a good, hard hitting game and injury free.
7. Many prayers from BH....having a son that is a Junior in high school......I just cannot imagine.
8. I follow the results of a few teams... I graduated from Baytown Lee......back when Baytown shutdown for The Game My oldest graduated from West Hardin and I make a few of their games every year My youngest is at BH so we go there most of the games Out of all of them.....I love those 1A games
9.
Hardin JV- 20 W. Hardin JV - 20 Final
Did they lifeflight a kid from WH JoHarr?
10. No injuries and good fundamentals. A win in scrimmage is about as useful as a 7 on 7 state championship.......
11. Panama......I have said for over 6 months now......I do not think there will be a Lee High School in 5 years. I believe Baytown will be back to a 2 school system with Lee College buying up Lee High School. That way they inherit a baseball field, Football stadium with a track. I hate to see that day.
12.
Exactly. Which was why I stressed twice that Lee may go winless again. Heck, Dallas Skyline seems to have 10+ guys a year get scholarships to major schools and they never make any noise in the playoffs. I was even surprised at how the heck Lee won the 400 relay at district.  They were about two seconds slower than they usually are.  This district is just not that athletic as a whole.  Well coached football teams at times, but not much speed. The UH guy must be a disgruntled Sterling fan or something, not sure.  This group of skill position players is as good as most that Olin ever had.  May not have the pure speed, but they have good height, jumping ability and ball skills.  They just don't execute at anywhere near the Olin level.  They don't execute as well as most Pee-Wee league teams actually.  If Olin were still coach, I would be as pumped or this year as I have been in years.  As it is, I just hope they win a game or two.
I agree Panama.......I went to Lee years and years ago. I live in BH now but still watch a game or 2. I was not an Olin fan at all. I hate to see Lee reduced to what it is tho.
13. Crappy was a bad choice of words.....I would agree with UHCoog......numbers are down and the line is thin as I recall......good skill players tho. I do not know what they have to keep every team from doubling Richardson and forcing them to beat them another way.
14. Didn't even list Richardson from Lee as players to watch.......possibly the best athlete in the district......just on a crappy team.
15. I am headed out to Nigeria so I will report for the Lagos Lions and the Abuja Argonauts.....lol Being away like I will be I will be reading here more than ever. Everyone here does a great job.....Thanks to you all
16.

Things just got a little tuffer for Liberty ;)
Huffman is going to need as many last second move ins as they can get, IMO a guy who lost the QB spot at Barbers hill who scored 1 touchdown all season last year isn't much of a threat. The guy Huffman already has seems better then this guy.
They will use this guy......he lost the QB position in a package deal. It is just not a system for him. The spread is where he needs to play.
17.

Hummmm??? Maybe Huffman will beat us in the playoffs this year instead of Coldspring. :D 8)....come on BH fans who's the backup?
Actually, one of the probable reasons for Townley transferring is that Kaleb Denny had been tabbed as the starting QB at BH.
Bingo.
Exactly......he is not a wishbone/flexbone QB.......Huffman is getting a good one.
18. I never said or implied any other school didn't. I just said, and know, that one coach was the master....I.E. a certain quarterback that starred for him then went to Utah. Mr. Price was really good friends with this coach.......maybe they made a trade......lol.
19. I believe everyone is aware........this did not just come about.......it was known since baseball season.
20. They probably called Olin, former head coach at Lee, for advice.....he is the master. ;D
21.
What's with "the Rock"? I must admit that it doesn't make any sense to me, but I could be missing something. What is it in reference to?
Agreed......The Rock doesn't sound good. Not opposed to change but Wow
22. Yes....he transferred.......I hated to see it but understand. I thought he played very well in the PNG game but Denny is the annointed one by Gage.
23. RIP Bubba.......you will be missed
24.

Buddy, You would not be the only one to blame A&M. :D But I believe that is exactly what UT wants. Lets push our network and our weight around until someone leaves, blows up this conference, we go indy and whoever leaves first gets the blame. And if not we get everything we want in this conference. This Network was setup for UT to go independent, just when it happens I don't think they arfe in a hurry, but they know it is going to happen! But if A&M gets what they want, I don't think they care if they get blamed! ;)
I heard the horns may leave the big 12 and go independent soon.......my best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Mack Brown last night at Chick-fil-A and Mack told her he don't need no stinking conference affiliation.... ;D
guess my source was wrong Pirate......I heard Jack in the Box........wait, maybe that is where he saw Sherm and he said they had an open invite.....lol
25.
Aggies u are wrong about 6 out of last 7. And oldtimer I have some ocean front property in Arizona for you Lsu 27-20-3 vs aggies
Yes.....I looked that up yesterday. Aggies beat them 5 out of the last 7. That being said all 5 wins were in the early 90s (91-95 maybe). Since UT fans are in a time machine talking about a 2005 National Championship in Football maybe we could say they are in their DeLorean when speaking of beating LSU in the early 1990's. I agree with oldollie......across the board they have had a good year.......lets see if it continues. I have not been ignoring your question ollie.......aggy is something that started in my family......my dad was UT and his twin brother was a boot wearing corp turd back when aTm was an all male school. I had a Texas Tech guy running a lawn service crew mowing my yard. He had 2 aggies doing the mowing and one was trying to give the other a flat top with the weed wacker......I sprayed them with the water hose and got them stopped. I apologize for the delay..... ;D
