Kountze will give a run next year. No Seniors on the team. 2 Juniors. Sophomores with experience and incoming Freshman that will play Varsity.

What about the 2 on JV. Heard the dads from Winnie. But they were at West Brook then Orangefield and now in EC ? They would play on a varsity elsewhere ? Any truth to that ?

It wasn’t the three not falling tonight, overall poor play by the Lions and Anahuac played well tonight.

Basket has a lid on it tonight. I mean can’t buy a bucket

Kountze is young. And it shows on occasion. No Seniors. #5 started last year. 3 juniors who didn’t start or were on JV last year. The rest are sophomores and one freshman. They will continue to get better this year. Come watch a game if you haven’t seen them yet.
