I would bet that you are pretty close---you cannot just void a contract w/o some legal cause. If BH did not terminate the super after his "incident" then I believe they had to buy Mr. Price out.

So if not for them Dayton would still be on the old crappy field. Believe it or not THE SCHOOL BOARD just does not think it is a priorty and we continue to re-elete the same ones so I guess we are in the minority. Oh well. I certainly disagree with the lawsuit but I do think wooden bats or a "softened" aluminum bat----one that is designed to behave like wood----should be used in High School and beyond. It is a pitchers worst fear to have that "come backer" and it travels much faster from an aluminum bat.
