I hope you are correct--- I see a closer game but with a Dayton win---DBs are ready and I believe we matchup pretty well.

Yes- those things are part of the game--but they all had to happen for it to be close--I stand by my post.

IF the Queen had a set then she would be King---with 13 seconds on the clock and ZERO timeouts it is highly unlikely that Waller even gets off a play--GAME OVER BUT-Look at what had to happen to give Waller a chance: 1. Smesny muffs a punt 2. Galbe fumbles on first play of next series 3. Dugat drops an easy TD pass 4. Charles throws an int 5. AND a very generous spot to give Waller a first down Any one of these things do not happen and the game is over--WALLER GOT LUCKY TO MAKE IT CLOSE!

These comparisons hold VERY little value---espicially PRE-SEASON(means zero)--first district game with 4 starters out--as close to absolutly no value at all

When you look at the entire year--from where Dayton was during the Lumberton game--to a complete turn around-taking all in consideration the you are talking about the Coach of the Year--Jerry Stewart of Dayton

I would much rather see districts made up of 4 teams and play everyone twice---then take the top two to the playoffs

The best block for Crosby on that play (or the game for that matter) was by the REF-- who shed 2 Dayton tacklers and the great Mookie scored on the JV

This will be a hard fight. Weak teams do not make it this far. Every now and then they win the first round--and sometimes the stars will align--get a friendly ref, lucky turnover, play over their heads on emotion, or maybe catch a a break with a late penalty and pull off an upset--but weak teams do NOT make it to the 4th round. That being said Dayton wins 28-14.

I hope they don't---they have not broadcast Dayton thus far---do us a favor and don't do it now---
