oh well.  it's only one game.  You have to play with who you have and take the victory of the defeat.  Did you really think that HJ, Nederland, or any other team in SE Texas is going to run the table and go undefeated?  Relax, there is a lot more basketball to play.  Enjoy these early games and see what your team is made of and how they grow as the season goes on.  I expext both teams to make a good run in the playoffs.  Sorry i missed the game and had to rely on the website for the updates. 

ouch.  it looks like what i have heard about Nederland is true.  I here next years varsity squad is the real deal.

84 or 85 at Lumberton.  Rocky Rocquemore came right down the middle of the lane and gave this poor kid from Lumberton the crotch facial.  I think there was even a picture of it in the Hardin County News.

i saw the kid play against Huffman.  He caught a pass and it looked like he was running in slow motion.  Once his coordination catches up with is body, he should be in good shape.  I heard he was being moved back to O line next year.
