  1. that pic cracks me up!! who is that?
  2. Does that mean I am getting fired?... that job is mine in about 12 years!!
  3. Obviously since the FlapJacks suck this year Buttpayne has nothing better to do. clever :
  4. [Hidden Content] looks pretty small... assuming this is the right place.
  5. Good points, but wouldn't Dayton be DIV 1 this year with North Forest not making the playoffs and BH in? Oh and sorry about the Jail comment , just try to throw wome hummor in every now and then ;D ;D Dayton and BH are the 2 smallest schools in the district GCM 1537.48 Crosby 1465 Dayton 1353.5 Galena Park 1743 NF 2038 Houston King 1542 KP 1764 BH 1055 no possible way we go D1 I believe Correct! I just checked the numbers as well ;D I had thought Dayton was in the 1500 range My bad. Ok I'll get back with ya on the Div II team that may be better ;D ;D ;D That (.48) kid was ruled ineligible. So we are down to 1537. Dang, he was our "move in" from BH too! our .5 kid is pretty good... he is one of the running backs #1. ;D

  7. a lot of injuries for Ennis from what I hear. 2 all-state caliber receivers from what I hear along with a few others.
  8. no... that was in reference to the comparison of dayton and crosby's defenses against KP since your new I'll give you some advice.... read.
  9. that was more a case of Dayton's off. not holding up. Gave up a safety and turned it over on like the 30 yd. line.
  10. 1. Dayton:2-0-#1 O and D....experience, talent, hard work and coaching... except on defense. 2. Barbers Hill:2-0- Everyone is down on Barbers Hill, but in my opinion they have the 2nd best defense in the district, and when they don't turn the ball over, the 2nd best offense too. They have't beat anyone yet, but have played some quality teams close. The next few weeks they play GCM, Dayton and Crosby, all in a row, and if they take 2 of these, should be a cinch for the playoffs. I believe Dayton vs. BH will be the defacto district championship game. 3. Crosby:2-0- The have rebounded from embarrassing preseason losses but I doubt they can beat BH or Dayton 4. GCM:1-1- much improved. 5. Galena Park:1-1- Same GP 6.C.E. King:0-2- Won't return to playoffs 7. Kingwood Park:0-2- They are better in their second year.... will win 1 or 2 8.North Forest:0-2- They may not win a game.. feel bad for these kids' situation
  11. Was looking forward to seeing him play against dayton. Anywho... back on topic. I think GCM wins this one by 10
  12. Dayton's got a lot of weapons... and Xavier's no dummy. Talk to the kid for 2 minutes and that's obvious. Xaviers stats through 4 games - yardage per touch is what should be looked at. rushing - did stork run the ball any? 9 attempts for 85 yds 1 td receiving 13 for 274 yds 4tds He also has and INT and a ton of tackles on defense. The hoopla was well guided.... we've got a lot of kids that can carry the load here in Dayton. BTW... not running down stork. Sucks that is season is over.
  13. you do know AJ is playing for the #12 team in the country right? even if it is limited you do know by all accounts chance actually lived in the dayton school district right?
  14. If I remember correctly, the kid from Dayton is a sophomore. So a "starter for a starter" is not really a good comparison. I was also under the impression, or maybe I have Xavier's dad's name wrong, that his dad was at Crosby when my wife was teaching there in the late 80's early 90's. In the end, it really does not matter. Kids "move" for athletic purposes all the time. We all wish that some good athletes would "move" to our school. That's just the way it is! who's the kid that moved to Crosby from Dayton?? Brad Clark ah... thanks

  16. Last time a crosby fan called out one of our players, that player had about his best game all year. As if dayton needs more motivation to beat crosby anyway.
  17. Is Central still in the spread?? I'm sure it is run heavy.... but how do you feel about it so far Soulja?
  18. yes... north. About 2 miles on N. main give or take.
  19. i'm holding you to that ;D
  20. Passing Name Comp Att Pct Yds TD INT Payton Ploch 32 61 52.46 571 9 2 He can pass when he needs to. I'm not "crushing" on this kid, but he has the tools. getting better every week. that comp. percentage should continue to rise. Two pretty accurate qbs played at dayton friday night.
  21. When did you get hubcaps?? ;D Thats why I don't have them.... When I go to a place like North Forest.. I am safe ;D What do you mean by "a place like North Forest?" Nobody wants your old crusty hubcaps anyways...Now if you have some 24's.... You know what he means.... that's not the best neighborhood and that's no secret and it's not being racist either.
  22. already been played 48-14 you nailed dayton's score
  23. When did you get hubcaps?? ;D
