I've never been so tired leaving a football game.... it was a roller coaster. Some big time plays by some big time players that day. Great, record-setting game. -
that oughta be a great scrimmage... new coaches, new attitudes.... I think we'll see a much different PAM and PNG.

100K WOULD BE JUST GREAT!!!!!!! That's fine with me, just trying lend a helping hand. The invite is still open though. I wanna see if the broncos are worth the hype. ;D wish that would happen... we're worth every bit! Bronco, you sure you want that, this isn't pn-g or nederland. Don't make us light up our SCORBOARD on y'all!!!!!!!!! I'm sure .... are you? THIS ain't Sterling or Channelview. ;D Harrison sure has brought a lot of confidence to PAM..... is that you coach??

Best Athlete To Come Through Setx Since 2000....
dayton replied to ozensfinest's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
no doubt but you think better athletes than d-hall or chopper? ok i cant lie i have to give aj some consideration he impressed me the first time i saw him play and that was as a sophomore I'd say better than Hall but I only saw Ivory on the track... never on the football field. can't say much about him. for some reason, Hall impressed me his junior year but not his senior year... not sure what was up his senior year... but the Jags were a mess by the time we played them in '07. -

a couple of the guys from the baseball team play in the secondary so it should improve when they get more practice time. Speaking of which...How much practice time did DeRon actually get? the video on kfdm said he was 3 days removed from his last baseball game. Not sure how PNG uses their athletic period etc. though. -

Question: What are the top 5 HS Football jobs in SE Texas?
dayton replied to a topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
WTB, 15 years ago you could have said Dayton was the worst job in SE Texas. Dayton has nice facilities, good pay for its coaches, and the support of the community and administrators because of what Coach Stewart did for that program. Dayton has had some great players the last few years, but there were some seasons under Stewart where the talent was pretty thin and they still made the playoffs. On average I don't think Dayton has been any more or less talented than they were before Stewart, just better coaching. I'll agree Dayton's current district isn't as strong as 22-4a but it's not like Dayton didn't dominate that district also. In 22-4a Dayton was 11-2 (both losses by one point). Averaged 37 points a game and gave up just over 5 points a game. Minor correction 13-1 (only loss to L-town) Thanks for the correction Dayton, I alomost broke my typing finger trying in the rush to correct it. 2006 Sept.29th**Lumberton (HC) W55-7 Oct. 6th ** Beaumont Ozen W48-6 Oct. 13th**Vidor W42-7 Oct. 20th** LCM W35-0 Oct. 27th**Bmt Central W21-20 Nov. 3rd **Nederland W35-7 Nov. 10th**PNG W33-2 2007 Sept.28th**Lumberton L7-8 Oct. 5th** Bmt Ozen(HC) W33-0 Oct. 12th**Vidor W40-0 Oct. 19th** LCM W49-13 Oct. 26th**Bmt Central W20-0 Nov. 2rd **Nederland W63-0 Nov. 9th **PNG W40-7 What about pre-district games? we were 2-4 with losses each year to friendswood (lost because it was too sunny outside both years) and WOS beat us because of the Refs and the weather. ;D How'd you guys do in the playoffs those years?? ;D -

that's a tough one.... who knows... could've been a turning point for LCM football if they make the playoffs.
