I don't think that Ozen's defense has been that bad in recent years.... they just need some offensive production to go along with it.

so ... you're assuming they can't be great athletes AND great teammates? I think they just need the right coaching staff.

I don't think that misdemeanor charge helps or hurts my view of him... his views are just ridiculous. One thing he's good at is working people into a frenzy!!!

I am not bashing PNG. I am a PNG fan. I would like for PNG to win state. I have seen them play many, many times and I always pull for them. I like the band, the new stadium, the coaches, and the team. I just don't like anybody to be too cocky because it leads to bashing and hating the team because of a fan that acts that way. Perhaps postings on other sites should not be mentioned on alternate sites. They were meant for the site it was posted on. So whoever added to my negative karma I apologize. please!! It's a public forum just like this one. I gave you a positive karma.

No way!!! Based on that one practice, PNG will score 70 pts a game and blow the competition out the stadium each night. We will not need talent at all because the schemes will be so incredible that the oppossing defense will think that they are playing against 15 players each snap and they will just give up! OK maybe these NDN fans are going a little overboard (maybe a lot overboard). I appologive for their overly enthusiastic statements. I think they just got carried away because the offense will be so drastically different and diverse than before. I have said before, us NDN fans should be happy if our coaches and young men show vast improvement and finish at or above 0.500 with the real promise of great things in season 2. don't apologize.... you know most of us are just happy for a little drama to help us through the offseason.

It seems obvious to an outsider that you have a special player. Give coach time to figure out where he can get the most out of him. Maybe it's QB maybe it's not. He will figure it out. He is use to having this problem. ;D ain't that the truth!!

Trey Franks blew Johnson out at the district meet.... My apologies to Ozens Fastest@1906. In the 100 Meter finals Franks lowered his time to 10.52 while Johnson's time edeged up to 10.92. The time margin of victory was 0.40 or four tenths of a second and THAT IS a thumping between first and second. Thanks Dayton, for calling this to my attention. District 100 Meter: 1st = Franks 10.78; 2nd = Johnson 10.87. The winning time margin was 0.09 (that's 9 one-hundreds of a second) - HARDLY A BLOW OUT. I take it that your screen name is not indicative of the academics records you posted at Ozen. I seem to remember that being franks' time from the prelims... AAW said so I think. looking at the video it looked like it was quite a bit more than .09 in the finals. No apologies necessary, I've ran alot of track and I've seen alot of track, I'll go as far as saying that Franks could have ran even faster... I agree. Seldom is there time in a game to strip off your pads and then chase down a break-away runner. Or, for that matter, if you're a runner that breaks into the open you won't have time to take off your pads to finish the run. And there goes those 4.2's. there weren't any in the first place!!

You're right Ned did shut dugat down in the playoffs as a soph.... didn't Mosley's numbers take a pretty steep drop against dayton in '06 as a senior??? seems like I remember 30 something carries for 90 something yds. I think Mike's numbers compare well to mosley's overall ... his senior year, dayton used him far less than his previous 3 because they simply didn't have to. Oh yeah.... Charles and Michaels are far above the rest... Michaels was only the premiere back one year right? He shared with A. Williams before then, so his numbers aren't as great.
