Where was the big 40+ point blowout? Everyone thought I was crazy on the prediction thread when I was picking Livingston. A couple different plays late in the game and it would have been a different outcome. Dayton is a good team but the looking forward to the state championship game is going to catch them one night. Best of luck Dayton and congrats to Livingston on a great year. likewise... could have been a larger margin of victory had a couple of plays gone our way. I'm banking on the notion that we just got to play the best team in 20-4A playing their best ball... and I am glad we got tested. I agree with your post. just curious.... You didn't go to the Lumberton game?? I thought you were a raider fan. I'm a Raider fan Blue and through! Graduated from there in '97. I live in Nederland (where my wife is from) and the family wanted to see the Bulldogs. So, I support the Dogs as well. But, I got it wrong. LT was in the FIFTH round. Being cocky did not get Dayton beat by LT last year. LT is most likely one of the best offenses in high school football history (no exaggeration)... that's what beat Dayton. You can't beat LT with 4 or 5 guys going both ways. congrats cleveland... good to see you back and playing well.

i guess you don't watch the same team play on Saturdays as i do? #7 won't tackle. and no, i love wo-s football theyre a great program, just don't want certain players held up on a pedestal just because someone might KNOW them. As a senior 1,468 rushing, 1,928 passing with 46 TDs As a junior 701 receiving yards, 376 rushing with 15 TDs Yes I do know Beasley but his stats and his play are what make him a great player - not the fact I have spoken with him a few times. So he had a bad game? No Hall of Famer even in the NFL has had a bad game? wow... how many games was that??

The new homeside stands weren't up yet. the old home side is now visitor and the new home side is HUGE by our standards with a couple reserved sections of seats with arms and backs. Get there early if you want one of those. only about 500 or so.

casey had a return td called back against dayton. He made a few miss on that one. If lumberton can keep him from busting long returns, they'll be ok. I wouldn't count on him not playing rb at all.... although the backup is not bad either.

The teams either flip for home or they decide on a neutral location. The past two years dayton did a home and home with crosby. Remember, '06 was in Dayton and '07 was in Crosby.

Example: I've seen AJ make about 50 touchdowns and when he scores, he tosses the ball to the ref and jogs to the sideline. See the same from cody every time he scores and mike dugat did the same. I've seen one of your own do much more than that on KFDM tailgate party. I'm not saying they don't talk, but they rarely make a big scene of a play and for sure no more than your own "passionate" players. As far as the coaches go, I'm glad they are enjoying their jobs... you perform better when you love what you do.
