  1. attaboy! Now go get to work for next year.
  2. maybe you just revealed part of the Bears' problem.... :-\ :-\ :'( just be happy for your teammate. If you're a junior, prove yourself again next year.
  3. Smesny and Gable are playing???????? they didn't play last year. Ford's brother plays but is injured.
  4. Dayton Evan Brown - soph Fred Hynson - jr Anthony St. Julian - jr several others returning as well.... may be on the honorable mentions
  5. Garrett's dad is Gale Gilbert.... Not Chris. Gale went to California, played QB and was in NFL on the bills 4 AFC champ teams, and was on San Diego's AFC Champ team.
  6. I think our depth finally hurt us. Gotta dance with who brung ya though. What a great team LT has. very proud of all the players and coaches. what a great year for the program, school, fans, and all of dayton. Thanks Broncos
  7. I am an outsider.... is there any talk of him wanting to come back??? I haven't even read the whole thread... just curious.
  8. looked that way to me too. Coop....do you have to have 35000 posts to have those cool smileys?
  9. I think so... We did a nice job against Nederland's pass attack. Not saying it's the same, but I think we defend the pass just fine. Especially when we're not selling out to the run.
  10. that's me...
  11. Informative post....I think the Dayton coaches, players, and schemes definitely meet a lot of those needs in order to overcome what they'll throw at us. I've heard a lot about their QB, he'll be fun to watch. Hopefully our defense can disrupt the routes and the QB's rhythm and slow them down.
  12. yep...shouldn't have been that close. We needed the tough game anyway. for the mostpart, we only stopped ourselves offensively and when we turned the ballover like twice in a row, our defense was on the field forever and couldnt keep them out of the endzone. the turnover drives were 32 and 39 yds.....tough to stall out a power running game on that short of a field.
  13. My point wasn't to put the young man down. Go back and read what I said. I was looking through all of your prospects on rivals and found that picture. You gotta admit, that is a very mature looking 18 year old. My intent was completely lighthearted. Good luck and safe travel.
  14. Not if you've seen him play. ;)
  15. you stepped on my toes by questioning my patriotism in a thread that had nothing to do with it. Like I said before Silly thread...and don't worry, won't post on it again.
  16. oh well....creduer definitely deserves the press. New headline: "CREDUER NOT SURE IF HE'LL ATTEND BRONCO GAME"
  17. Wow....you really made something out of nothing. I was referring to the fact that we never play any 5A teams, so comparing #'s really does no good. We have put up more pts and yds lately than the Texans have....does that make us compete with NFL teams??? Don't use your military status as an out when someone gives THEIR OPINION on a ridiculous thread you started. This thread has nothing to do with patriotism. If you are assuming I am one of those people because I called a disabled vet's thread "silly" then you are sadly mistaken. Maybe I should start my own thread....here is a possible title "Apples are EXACTLY the same as Oranges"
  18. Good Article.....The title was a little misleading though...the article was about Creduer.... :-\
  19. Look at this picture of one of their running backs. Reminds me of Greg Oden in the mature beyond his years dept. [Hidden Content]
  20. we don't play LC.....they are DI we are DII
  21. In Cypress on West rd. and 1960 I believe. don't know the day. $80 million complex
  22. If you had to pick a player for your kid to watch. i would have to pick him (Ford Smesny). Nevermind the skill, but the intensity he plays with is contagious for everyone on the field. Can't wait til next week!!! Go Broncos!!!
  23. McNeese state - IMO if he were a little taller, he would go to a major D1
