Yep you are correct sir... only losing 7 Srs... we have 3 to 4 good scat backs coming back, a big powerful, agile line... we do loose some very key players on the D side... Tienart on both sides of the ball, as well as Dart, Conn, Theron... not easily replaced, but I think we do have some talent to take the spots. Someone needs to grab Jack and stretch him about a foot or so over the next year so he can see over the Oline next year :-D or maybe Coach Mathews can buy him some platform cleats :-D with disco light on them heheheh and yes I was very proud to go to Livingston and watch a team that had nothing to play for play very hard and never give up... scoring with 21 secs left in the game and making a 2 pt conversion.... if we get the onside we might of made a play or 2 to get a tie and go into overtime.... but we didn't ... Nice catch and throw Tienart to Conn to set up the last TD on the 1 foot line... I've heard that Jack might not be playing next year which would mean that Nick Dozier would be the starter... I've seen him play a few times and he's pretty decent...

Congrats Pirates... Fought hard all season long, never gave up and never gave in... Proud of you guys... Devan, Chris, Theron, and Remington: good luck on whatever it is life brings you guys... And hard not to look forward to next year!

not true the refs gave yall the game we didnt even know what happened in the last 5 minutes or so it was so messed up the announcer didn't even know what was going on but yes i agree there were some terrible calls for nederland also imo those refs should never be used again Sure am glad you're not trying to take anything away from Nederland. ;D i'm really not yalls boys played one heck of a game will be rootin 4 yall Yeah, the refs let Grogan run for 183 and a TD and Bellows and Asa hook up several times. Face it, we warned you that your D had not seen a balanced offense like Neds, and we were correct. Had the pass interference been called in the endzone, the result would had been completely different... Just saying... In my opinion there was no pass interference i was standing behind the endzone the whole game so i had a pretty good view, not sure which play you are talking about but on the play right before the interception the ball hit the guy in the face mask and his hands just were not there not because he was being grab and the play on the interception it was clean the defender just stepped in front of him both were clean and didn't warint a flag just thought i would give my up close observations From the stands it looked like the guys hands were pushing on our receiver's back...

Momentum and determination... We managed Grogan for the most part during the first 3 quarters, but that interception took the wind out of our sails... So most likely that 85 yard run wouldnt have happened... Nothing can be done to change it, so I was just stating my opinion had we scored on that drive...

There is a big difference in playing to win the game, and playing the game to try not to lose... The team that plays to win is going to win this game... GO Pirates!

In the West, I see Houston vs Call me crazy, but I'm going with RSL... They've been playing decently lately and getting into the playoffs for the first time is gunna fire them up... In the East, it will be Columbus vs New England... No he did play. I am pretty sure he played most of the game... not every down. The carousal of RBs was as usual... Pittman, Peavey, Reynolds, and Dart... the 4th qtr was 2nd team... Gilmore, Quirante, Green, and Tate. I was happy to see Jack get some PT... And Shouse got some running time as well... Teinert looked a little off, but not like it matters, he'll be ready next week...
