Well my son played for the Astros and was 112 for 112 all singles.stole 336 bases and pitched 12 no hitters. He has already commited to UT,LSU,Arkansas andMiami.He is a BEAST!lol. Does anyone else know any non committed 4th graders in the area.lol He also pitches and catches at the same time

My youngest son is 10 and we have already been contacted by the astros,rockies and giants.I just hope he keeps workin hard. ;D

For all of you smart *****. It is weird that LCM has not given up a homerun today on such a small field.Maybe,just maybe they are better than everyone was anticipating. no other team has a homerun.Yall might want to pay attention. Keep hating.WE LOVE IT.

It was.It was also very cold.lol.It was a great start for both teams.The pitching was geat.I think there were only 6 walks and 3 or 4 were intentional.Games like this one are great. It will really help both teams get more prepaired.

Hunter G. had a great over the shoulder catch and Mason dallas also had one. Mason dallas also made a diving catch in right field on a ball tailing away from him that you had to see to believe.The right fielder from kelly also had a great diving catch.Both teams outfield play was outstanding.If you were not there I am sure you will hear people talk about it.Lookin forward to seeing you at the ball park Gabe. 

I am just saying most of them knew they would probably be on varsity this season.They have had a year to get ready.I am not saying they are not ready,I am just saying to make the comment that it is their first time on a varsity field just makes no sense to me.It is wats it is. Good luck!

The center fielder and right fielder made awesome catches for LCM.Kellys right fielder also had a great diving catch;Great game.Both teams are very solid on defense.

How come noone will ansmer how the scrimmage went.

Here we go again another person saying kids are great because of select ball and not because of high school.There are plenty of players that get noticed because their high school coach does his job and works to get these young men an oppurtunity at the next level. Everyone seems to forget that players were getting scholarships before select ball started.Select ball did not get their names out there.The young mans ability to play ball did.If you are good enough the oppurtunities will come no matter where you play. My son plays at LCM and I can gaurantee you the coaches there work their rear ends off to find scholarships for players.I am sure some select teams do this also but to say that those players name are out there because of select ball and not their high school is ridiculous.I dont know how they do it at all high schools but at LCM if a kid truly wants to make the sacrafices and put in the work, odds are they will get a chance to play college ball at some level.

Have not heard a single thing about the great Bryce after his first hit, would love to know his average!There is no doubt the kid is good, but I am not sure he is as good as everyone is playing this up to be. If you look up all of the prospects he is not on top in hitting, running or throwing. If I am not mistaken he did not win the homerun derby and he did not hit a homerun in the wooden bat round. I am not ragging on him I am just wondering why the kids that won these catagories are not mentioned anywhere.I hope he does make it all the way I am just wondering why everyone is pumping this up and not the others.He obviously has someone with connections throwing his name out there.

I think LCM will surprise alot of people this year with the young guys they have moving up! Everyone seems to be counting them out.I believe some teams are going to be upset when these young men hit the field.

How do you have a star player if season has not started?

Kevin Adams would be my bet.I hear he has been working very hard! The LCM defense should be very solid, the bats have got to give support.IMO Taylor will be a DH.and maybe play some out field.Griff and Wayne will have all of these guys where they need to be to get the job done.Good luck Bears

The pitching will be fine at LCM! This years team will have something LCM has not had in a while. speed on the bases! I hope everyone keeps under estimating this group of young men.Few of them have had playing time because of the big boys that were there starting the last 3 seasons! Now that they are gone alot of the younger guys who moved up will have there chance to play and to prove themselves.Better watch out thare will be some surprises!
